Curtis, Gardner, and Tang have been providing comprehensive care for the entire family in the Wake Forest and North Raleigh area for a combined total of over 30 years. We have decided to venture out on our own and form an independent, private practice. We believe this move will allow us to care for you and your family in a more individualized way.

Our goal is to offer community oriented, quality, convenient, and personalized care. We hope you will join us in this exciting new journey and continue to allow us the privilege of caring for you and your family. Dr. Grace Tang did her undergraduate work at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
Services
A wellness exam, or what used to be called a "physical, " is an annual visit that helps your doctor determine the general status of your health. Construction is complete, and we are nearing the final stretch. Thanks to all the volunteers who have pitched in as we make our last preparations before opening!
Contact our office 15-20 minutes prior to scheduled virtual visit appointment time, pay any insurance copays and wait for your provider to contact you. You will receive login information and instructions regarding the patient portal once you have made your first appointment. The Financial Policy and Privacy Statement are for you to read, but you do not need to bring them to your visit.

The Nurse Practitioner, Scottie Taylor, was great. The rest of the staff were rude and obnoxious.
As good as the NP is, I'd still avoid this place.

Dr. Curtis left me, late on a Friday afternoon, sick with Covid, without treatment, and without a doctor. I received my positive test result first thing in the morning, and I called at 10:36 am and left a voicemail requesting to speak to the doctor. I didn't hear anything all day, and come to find out, the office staff 'lost' my voicemail. I started calling back around 4pm and had to leave another message to receive a call back. When I finally talked to Dr. Curtis at 5:00pm, he made it clear to me that he would rather not be my doctor than to provide the treatment that I was looking for. Do you

Absolutely the best treatment I have ever received. Scotty Taylor is a compassionate, empathetic, and competent medical professional. She has been a god-send to me since my first visit.
She is a wonderful listener, does not rush through visits and communicates quickly and efficiently though the patient portal.
Family first lives up to it's name. Highly recommend!

Normally not the type who likes to go to the doctors but in such a crowed area (like Heritage) Family First is a refreshing primary care and clinic. For example I had a 2:40 appointment. I went in Early to fill out paperwork and in hopes that I could get into my appointment early. Sure enough I got there at 2:00pm with symptoms of the flu and by 2:40 I was diagnosed and out the door with a prescription. Dr. Gardner is very good at explaining everything and very professional. His staff and nurses are very knowledgeable about insurance and procedure and make the trip smooth and easy. A great place

The front office staff are great and the medical staff is absolutely wonderful! They're a private practice, not under authority of the huge hospitals that now tell doctors and NP"s how to handle their patients like they're robots using a computer generated template to see if a patient qualifies for a certain test or not. (My sis died of metastatic Ovarian cancer, and I had a terribly hard time convincing a Duke and UNC doc to give me a simple "CA 125" blood test to check for tumor markers of Ovarian Cancer, and I had 9 surgeries to remove high risk pre- cancerous cells from my cervix, and endured
