Todd Layne Cleaners offers extended wash times with all washers and our dryers are computer controlled to dry your garments efficiently, saving you time and money. Last wash is one hour before closing time. To maintain sanitary conditions, dryers are only for the use of customers that have washed their clothes in our facility.

Very satisfied with my experience -- I came in just after closing as I confused their business hours with another establishment but the associate was kind enough to still accept my coat. I brought in a off-white Canada Goose with a couple of 7 month old stains; I was worried they might have been permanent at that point. I pick up my coat a little over a week later and it was completely clean/clear of the stains! Highly recommend Todd Layne!

I moved to the neighborhood 3 months ago and it's been so difficult for me to find a great wash & fold service. I tried out 4 different companies and would always run into issues - clothes came back dirtier and with stains, I'd get charged extra for items I didn't even include in my order, they were often hours late in pick ups/drop-offs, or they simply wouldn't show up during the scheduled window of service, and customer service would be awful - one company straight up ghosted me. I gave each of them 3 chances before finding someone new.

High quality dry cleaning performed for a reasonable price, however it was the customer service that was exceptional. I required dry cleaning of a suit prior to interstate travel & left it to the very last minute. Rather than being told I left it too late (which they had every right to do!), the team kindly arranged to have it shipped to an interstate address when it didn’t come back in time. All this for a first time customer. This will, without a doubt, be my go to dry cleaner on the UES!

I have been using Todd Layne cleaners for years! It took me a very long time to find a place in Manhattan that was not only professional but also accommodating. My clothes are always clean and folded nicely. They are friendly, kind, and professional. I had surgery and they were so accommodating and helpful. They would place my laundry bag on my chair bc I couldn’t lift more than 5 lbs. Deliveries were always on time. I highly recommend this place!!

I was first skeptical to leave my Canada goose in the hands of someone else. I got my coat on 2017 and haven’t washed it for 3 years ! I had some tuna oil stain and just regular dirt from never properly taking care of it. Based on reviews and probably being one of the few cleaners that specializes in Canada goose, I took the chance with Todd Layne. I cane into NYC for only a short time since I was spending several months on Cape Cod & wanted to return there ASAP. My brilliant white Canada Goose parka was soiled & stained from heavy duty wear while walking my German Shepherd in the city and in the cold spring on the Cape. Yes white isn't that practical but it's beautiful and cheerful and you should enjoy what you wear! I didn't want to take the parka to just any old cleaners. I took my Girlfriends red Canada Goose to the shop after doing a lot of online research. This cleaner did a pretty good job getting the dirt on the edges off the jacket. If you look very closely, you could still see some dirt blended into the material but that’s inevitable given the dirt has been on there for months. They tried their best to avoid discoloration while getting the maximum amount of dirt built up off. And the service was on time and reasonably priced.

I love using the free pick up and drop off service. They give you a time window and usually stick to it but sometimes they might be a little late so I recommend scheduling for a time when you have no plans. The delivery guys are always super nice and the people you schedule with are friendly also. You can even just text to set up a time which is super convenient. The clothes always come back perfectly folded and clean. I've never once had a bad experience and have used them for about a year. Honestly not sure why there's so many negative reviews because I've always had great service

I cannot give Todd Layne enough stars! I went here frequently when I lived on the Upper East Side and they always did an amazing job and were so accommodating. Even on my move day, they were kind enough to do a one day wash and fold service last minute to help me get everything done in time.
I truly appreciate their amazing service and kind staff and I hope to find a similar place in my next neighborhood!

My usual laundry place was closed due to the pandemic so after my neighbor told me that Todd Layne was open, I decided to have them pick up my laundry. I paid the extra to have my whites separate and I picked Gain detergent along with the scent beads, dryer sheets and softener. You'd think you'd receive fresh smelling clothes right? Nope. I have been using TLC for about 3 years now and I walk 5 blocks every week passing by multiple other cleaners just to get to TLC. They do a great job with all my dry cleaning and take good care of my dress shirts as well. But the reason I confidently drop off my favorite gear is: Carlos.

I was particularly worried about dropping my Mackage off anywhere (not just here) because of how much I paid for the coat to begin with. Todd Layne Cleaners did an excellent job of getting my mackage cleaned and leaving it in EXCELLENT condition. It should be noted that I had foundation buildup on the collar from an entire winter's worth of makeup (disgusting, I know) and you can't even tell that there were any makeup stains. My coat literally looks brand new.

Great service and eco-friendly dry cleaning. I could not have been happier with the results! Took my Canada Goose jacket in to be cleaned. Worried initially but am ecstatic with the brand spanking new looking cleaned jacket! Apparently they use a special process for cleaning the jacket.
On another occasion I went to Todd Layne's for help getting out a tough stain from a favorite blouse. They worked their magic and the blouse is back in rotation!

I'm incredibly particular about my laundry. I've tried nearly every pick-up and delivery service and nothing was up to my standards. I was so discouraged by the lack of care my clothes were treated with. Clothes came back damp and moldy, or smelling like cigarette smoke. Faded colors, holes, missed delivery times. I hate fabric softener and would request it not be used, but many services ignore, or don't offer customization options. Todd Layne cleaners is the BEST dry cleaner in NYC. I love that they air dry all my lululemon workout pants!! They even pick up and deliver on Sunday!! I've been using TLC for over a year now and have had bad customer service - primarily due to Alissa. Rude, confused, arrogant, disrespectful are just some of the words to describe the service I've received from her on a regular basis.
Carlos, on the other hand, has more thmade up for her incompetency. He is always calm, composed, respectful, helpful, remembers the details and accommodates customer requests - which anyone in the customer service business is expected to. This is the best wash & fold service around. The staff is always kind and listens to your specifications. I am quite picky when it comes to my laundry and as you can see from the photo, all of my customized preferences are noted each time I send out my laundry, so incredible! TLC has been my local dry cleaners and laundry place since I moved to the neighborhood. Consistently good service and a very friendly staff. If they weren't open on Sunday, I would be in a lot of trouble.
On multiple occasions, I have needed items rushed for next day or even same, and they are always willing to help. I like that they have their own Laundromat and allow for special requests. They now have this cool menu where you can choose detergents, etc. There is a new online tool to store all of my preferences and special requests, and also schedule pickups and deliveries. They do luggage storage here! They have great reviews on google as a Bounce Luggage Storage location. If you want to explore the city unencumbered or have a weird check in/out time at your AirBnB/hotel, head here! They woman checking me in was kind and check in was quick. You pay and they tag your bag and store it in the back. You get a receipt with your number and use it to claim your luggage.
They open at 8:00 AM during the week and 10:00 AM on the weekend. The location is super helpful and convenient if you plan on visiting any of the museums or central park. 5 BILLION STARS for allowing me

They charged us $1.99 per pound!!!
Ridiculously expansive! When we asked if that is the regular price they started mumbling something about a discount of 20% that they offer, but you gotta ask for it in advance.
Who does that!?
All and all very shady and not at all transparent.
It seems like different costumers get different prices for the same service.
Does $102.00 for 50 pounds of laundry sounds right to anyone?!
Plus, they couldn't pickup so I had to shlep over 2 bags of laundry to them.
Needless saying, we will never cone back

Their Eco friendly dry cleaning is terrific, my clothes never have a chemical odor. The staff is friendly and helpful and they're open late and Sundays too. I recommend you try them out!

Over the last few months, I've started using TLC and the service has been great! The staff is very professional and courteous as well as detail oriented. I had them clean my suede jacket and they did a great job. They pick up and deliver my dry cleaning in a timely manner which is so very helpful as I live over 20 blocks away from the store. Recently, the staff did me a favor on a rush job to have some shirts dry cleaned for my boyfriend. They turned the order around in a day! Now that's service!
