We lived there for about 2 years. Their staff are nice. The have a big dog park, nice park and playground for kids. My kids and I enjoyed our time in their gym, nice swimming pool, basketball field, tennis court, or even just walk around the neighborhood. Just 2 minutes walking to Suncrest elementary school. The only thing I didn't like: the apartment building was not sound proof. We can hear clearly our next or downstairs apt even when they talked in regular voice especially in night time. Hope they can fix that.

When I lived here (2013-2016) I had to move to a different unit three months later because the ones at the bottom of the hill smelled like mold and had plumbing issues. Pretty costly for the quality of apartment.
I also had someone walk into my apartment at 11pm and sexually assault me so...that wasn't great obviously. I heard that another tenant had seen someone looking in their bedroom window. This place is sketchy and has lots of mentally Ill people living here. I had an upstairs neighbor who screamed at me for closing the toilet too loudly and a neighbor across from me who had full conversations

Where do I start, honestly? From day one of my move in, multiple appliances have not been fully functional or have failed, and yet there has been nothing done in way of attempts to make any repairs. My fridge, for example, leaks water from the freezer onto my food, but they continue to blame me for this. Furthermore, my AC has been broken for the past week and a half, and they have tried to find every way possible around replacing the blown blower motor inside of it. Take note, it is currently almost 90 degrees inside of this prison

I planned to move to WV from Virginia. I applied for an apartment here & there was a bit of confusion & frustration at the beginning; which needed some research to figure out what went wrong. After proper research, it was determined to had been a misunderstanding; the company made it right (Due to absolute last minute unforeseen health circumstances on my end) I had to unfortunately put my move on hold, but I will seek housing here in the future. To me, if a company can correct a wrong and make it right with someone who's a non-resident at their community; than it shows me that they take great

Our move in process was survivable. I say that with a hanging head. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Ever. I drove 6 hours with my companion only to find that our apartment was locked. We were told that the apartment would be unlocked upon arrival. We had to call the office, the office had to call maintenance and we had to wait for maintenance to arrive at our apartment in order to let us in. At this point we are already disappointed. First, I open the door and the first thing I notice is the absolutely repulsive odor blasting us from the apartment as soon as we open the door

I have been living here for only a few months. The move in process was quick and easy, my apartment was very clean upon moving in. Maintenance has always been quick to respond when putting in a work order. My only complaint (even as a pet owner) is nobody seems to pick up after their pet. It was almost impossible to walk mine in the main area due to nobody picking up after theirs.

This is not a place to live if you don't want to be chased by loose dogs. No one ever has their dog on a leash and I was charged several times by a German Shepherd and chased and attacked by it but management did nothing about the dog or his owner. The neighbors kids destroyed my new car running into it with their bicycle and hitting it with toys and running their toys across cars. I spent a year of hell there and felt like a prisoner in my apartment. The bar next door is Loud and so is the whole complex. People moving furniture all night and pounding the radio. If you dare to complain you get
