I emailed management about literal nails being strewn around the dog park and they didn’t do anything because it’s 3 weeks later and I just picked up another 15 or so nails on top of the 30 from before. And that’s just in the areas where the grass doesn’t grow, who knows what the grass is hiding. Management sucks however the maintenance people are really nice. The apartment itself is very nice. And the pool is nice.

My dogs breed isn’t on the restricted breed list they post but they proceeded to say they needed “approval for her breed” then gave me a denial for her “weight” almost a week later when they have large dogs there. They also will let some people have more pets than others depending on the apartment floor. Literally the most unprofessional company I’ve ever seen.

I love Chateau Royale. I just started living here and I've had nothing but a positive experience so far. The staff has been very helpful and kind since I moved in. I have a puppy and they're extremely dog friendly as they have puppy stations located all over the property. The living room and bed rooms have tons of space, allowing my roommates and I to have some friends over. I'd recommend Chateau Royale to all of my friends.

Chateau Royale is one of the best apartment complexes in town! From the amazing pool to the workout center to the basketball court, the amenities are top notch. The apartments are great with a large bathroom and the rooms are very spacious. The staff at the office is very helpful and always quick to help when needed. I definitely recommend living at Chateau Royale if you’re looking for a great place to live!

Chateau Royale is a great place to live. The staff is very friendly and professional. I had some issues with neighbors when living in my first unit and they helped me resolve the problem by moving me into another unit. The Unit I moved into was in fantastic shape and very clean. The men who moved my furniture for me were so sweet, helpful, and quick. I requested a washer and dryer to be installed and even though I was out of town, it was installed for me on the next business day. They are very prompt and they have an amazing staff. I’ve lived at Chateau for awhile now and it’s really a nice place to live. The Location is perfect for football games. And downtown is a quick Uber or drive away. In the summer the pool area is a very nice environment very relaxed and well managed. I also use the the basketball court which is full length and covered so I never have to worry about the rain. There is also a well kept gym that is right around the corner from my apartment. I’ve really enjoyed my time so far and plan to in the future.

Not only is Chateau Royale in close proximity to the football stadium, hospital and plenty of food destinations, it also has a pool, gym and basketball court among the amenities. I personally enjoy hanging out at the pool with friends. It is a happy atmosphere and easy to socialize with other residents. Maintenance responds quickly to issues and the staff is extremely helpful. Additionally, the apartment units feel very homey and cozy. I love sitting on the balcony on sunny days. On gamedays or nights, the living room is spacious enough to invite friends over to enjoy company. Love it here!
