I live in an apartment on Maple Drive and it's a nice and quiet neighborhood. In the past couple of months, I only had one emergency, when my ceiling started to leak when the tenant above me accidentally left their water running. As soon as I told management, they were quick to assess and fix the problem. No complaints honestly.

Honestly, probably one of the best experiences I've had out of any of the apartment complexes in Morgantown. I've heard horror stories about all the other ones, but my gf & I got a super reasonable price on a 2br here, and while it wasn't a beachfront resort or anything, it was decent and everything in the sign up process was easy and smooth. I like that they take credit cards for rent payments. And Ricky, the maintenance man - give him a raise. Every time we had anything go wrong, they'd send him up, usually next day, and it'd almost always be fixed right then & there.

I’m reading the reviews about multiple apartment complexes to see where I’d like to live and it’s just so unprofessional of the owners to be commenting on some of these reviews with passive aggressive tones and sarcasm and saying ‘lol’ like you’re in high school. You’re running a damn apartment complex. Instead of being unprofessional and commenting passive aggressive remarks to your former tenants, how about you listen to their constructive criticism to better your apartment complex so people don’t feel these way and make your complex look bad rather than comment passive aggressive

I lived in one of the older apartments right where the offices are. It's really small and smelled kinda bad and I think had mice, upon moving out I found mouse droppings. I think they are redoing them a little though because the apartment below mine was getting new floors. I knew exactly what I was signing up for so I'm not complaining about the apartment itsself. Only about 1/2 of the times I asked to have something fixed it was done. Never got a screen on my window, and the toilet always leaked, I asked to have it fixed several times and it was never done. However I asked to have my locks changed

I've had a wonderful experience with Campus View Apartments. I've lived in one of their townhouses in Suncrest for 3 years. They've been considerate when I've called for just about anything. They've sent their maintenance men promptly when I've placed an order. I even requested a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and they purchased it and installed it within days. Lawn maintenance is lacking, but I've noticed they have a new crew. They've been incredibly understanding with their pet policy and even when my bank account was stolen and my rent had to be late. Would recommend completely. I'm sad that
