Overall, my experience was pleasant while leasing with this company until move out. I overlooked the rusty washing machine that broke several times, noisy neighbors that were frequently visited by the sheriff's deputies, and carpets that smelled like dog urine every time it rained (I never had dogs but the previous tenants must have). They nickel and dimed me during the move out process which was disappointing after being a quiet, responsible and timely tenant for 2 years. I was transferred to another state and had to pay a $400 re-let fee, and they in turn rented my unit to someone else for a

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Our landlord, Cindy, is basically Wonder Woman. Throughout the entire process of looking for an apartment to paying our security deposit and rent, she and the rest of the Triple Scott team have been nothing short of amazingly helpful and accommodating. They are more than happy to work with students to make sure that everything is taken care of in a way that is beneficial for everyone involved. As a college student, it often feels like you as a person are placed second behind the money you can pay. I honestly believe that Triple Scott cares about it's

This is the only rental company I have had a good experience with after 6 years of living in Morgantown. Not only are the staff great, but they are always so accommodating and understand that life happens. They are great with working with you if you are a student who gets financial aid through school for housing, and will do everything they can to make sure your living situation is what you want it to be! Maintenance is always easily accessible and checks in on you from time to time, the company itself is great. I'm a grad student now and wish that I would have lived in their properties during

When I was calling around asking for help finding a place for my crew to stay for a few weeks, Cindy (the person who answered the phone) took the time to explain the names of all the nearby towns and to find what I was looking for. I was impressed with her "beyond the call of duty" attitude! She never sounded rushed or too busy to help me. Awesome service!

I no longer live at Triple Scott Properties in Morgantown, but look back on my time there fondly. As I searched for my current apartment, I realized just how genuine and warm everyone in the leasing office at Triple Scott had been towards my roommates and me during my time as a tenant. Even after leaving, Chad has been wonderful in communicating with me while closing things out. I highly recommend Triple Scott Properties to anyone moving to Morgantown.

I currently am and have been a tenant of Triple Scott Properties over the last three years. My experience has truly been remarkable. Chad and the rest of the team in the leasing office has always been approachable, understanding, and fair with any issues that have popped up during my time here. Furthermore, the units are well designed with a lot of space and natural light. I would highly recommend anyone moving to Morgantown to look into living in a Triple Scott rental property.

The apartments are not modern but they fit in with the historic housing styles for Morgantown. I stayed there for 2 years and I didn't have any major issues. When I had any maintenance request the maintenance office was quick to respond and fix the issue. One thing i didn't like about the one bedroom apartment I stayed in at Terrace height was that the living room didn't have any windows. I thought i could get buy without that but it gets very dark in the living room during winter periods even during day time. overall the apartment is not bad.

AWFUL! Don't waste your time or money!! They're liars and thieves! Chad Frasher "Director of Housing and Management Services" was the worst!! The apartment wasn't cleaned prior to me moving in (see attached pics) and they still took $100 out of my security deposit even after Chad advised me on the phone that there were NO DEDUCTIONS! I even found a USED NEEDLE in the apt! Fantastic cleaning services, right?! Horrible experience and I have the email trail to prove it!! Chad even failed to email me back when I requested an itemized bill for the "cleaning deduction of 100.00".

I lived at Bakers Landing for 2 years. The location is set just on the outskirts of Morgantown, making the atmosphere markedly quieter. For the amount of space in the apartment, the monthly rent was a bargain when compared with the Morgantown housing market. The maintenance staff is very friendly, and I have not had issues with the job they've done. Also, the leasing office is very cooperative with their tenants (or prospective tenants). The apartments are also very pet friendly.
