The Lofts offers "term leasing, " which means your lease is offered to you in a lump sum and divided into 12 equal rental installments.

Great living for the price. I moved in this year and without a doubt it has been better than recent apartments I have been in. Good prices and very nice amenities has made for quite the college style living experience. I have had very few issues, but if there is ever anything, the maintenance crew comes promptly to handle the situation. With professional managers and workers I have been able to resolve any situation that caused me trouble. For a safe and affordable option that isn’t too far from campus, I have to go ahead and recommend this spot to anyone who is searching.

Definitely don't replace the carpets as much as claimed; I still have bugs and larvae in my carpet despite constantly vacuuming and cleaning. I'm having to kill huge centipedes & spiders almost daily. They send pest control but it doesn't help. Complex Wi-Fi is just a bunch of different unsecure, open networks that rarely work. The bus drivers are super nice, but unfortunately you can't really rely for it to come on time. Objectively they're decent looking apartments, but considering all the amenity issues and random unexplained additional fees each month, the place just isn't worth it for how

If i could rate this awful place a 0 i would. nothing about these apartments are nice. first, upon moving in my boyfriend noticed the TV that was provided in the living room was broken so we called maintenance. we were then told after an incredibly frustrating pointless conversation with the manager that we couldn't get a new TV for no reason. second, also upon moving in the apartment it was extremely dirty. not cleaned at all (especially during Covid??? really??). third, if you call maintenance, they won't come. they never do. they say they will or did but they don't. fourth, this

My daughter and I scheduled a tour to check the place out to see if it was a nice a people were saying. First off the manager & her staff was super nice & very professional. They answered all of our questions and concerns we had. The rooms were very clean and cozy & the pool area was very nice and clean. Everyone we ran into there was super nice. This is definitely the place my daughter wants.
