Curves and Gains is an awesome fitness brand. Patrice, the owner and trainer, is very knowledgeable about what it takes to actualize serious weight loss and fitness gains! Flexible hours help those that work the regular 9 to 5 to ensure they still get in a decent workout! Would recommend Patrice and her Curves and Gains brand to anyone who is looking for a dedicated Personal Trainer and/or fitness classes to add to your current or newly started fitness routine.
