I truly do not know what I would do without these guys. Frank & Mark, have the patience of saints! I am one of "those" gals that try to do what I can, learn as much as possible but, I just want to ride my bike! These two have helped me make the right choices and take the time to fix all my issues. Grateful to have these honest, talented, knowledgeable shopkeepers in town.

My visit to Brian's bike shop was not good. As me and my family enter the store. We got a uncomfortable vibe. Felt like we were distributing him. Also got the impression that our kind was not welcome there.. meaning African-American. Also felt he treated us like we didn't have the the finance to afford his bikes. All the things that's going on in this world at this moment you will think that people will be a little bit more compassionate towards people . He needs to take a page out of my book never judge a book by its cover open that book first and and read that book.

My sister in law bought her bike here and recommended it to me. I traveled over an hour but it was worth it. I had called first to make sure they had a few options in stock. The owner was great. Never did he try to sell the more expensive bike options or push me to buy any bike at all. He was very knowledgeable on all brands and models. I ended up purchasing the Trek Verve 2 which I think was the best option for me. Very happy with my purchase and the service.

My only regret about Bryan's Bikes is that I don't live closer to Cornwall, NY. I drove 50 miles from NJ to purchase a Trek Mountain Bike that is not readily in stock elsewhere. Bryan's Bikes held the one I wanted after a brief phone call. Frank met me in the store and made certain I was satisfied with my purchase. I also bought a trunk-mounted rack and helped me fasten it to my vehicle. This country needs more businesses like Bryan's Bikes. Jersey folks can be cynical customers. I'm a Jersey cynic turned believer in Bryan's Bikes.

I, like many, started cycling during the spring of 2020. Frank spent over an hour working with me to fit my used bike to me. I was able to ride pain-free after the fit. I recently purchased a new Emonda SL5 from these guys and the process was easy. The bike rides super smooth and was set-up perfectly. It's certainly worth the drive to get such great service and experience from Frank and Mark.

Trek and Bontrager products lead the day. I’ve always loved every one of their products I ever bought including the Domane SL5 I bought this week. The staff at Bryan’s bikes over the last 17 years has never come up short on answering all my technical questions in an up to date way. I know I don’t need to spend time researching any thing I’ll ever need. They know their stuff and don’t live five years off the back. This shop is as good as it gets.

Frank was wonderful to take time to explain how the gears and brakes worked - all the little levers on the handle bars - after completing my newly-purchased-used-bike tune-up (got an old 10-speed). Don't laugh - am a senior who hasn't been bike riding in 40 years. I needed instruction. He kindly gave it, as well as making sure I knew how to use my new tire pump correctly. Have loved riding again. And with the tune-up, I know the bike is safe to ride. Am sending all my senior friends to Bryan's Bikes in Cornwall!

Took my little girl into Bryan's bike today as she wants a bike from Santa for Christmas. The owner was so friendly, helpful and understanding about me trying to keep it a surprise for Christmas. He took the the time to choose the right size and color bike for my daughter. I was so pleased with the service and will most definitely be purchasing more products from them in the future. My daughter left saying she's so excited for Santa to talk to the nice man at the bike store

Bryan does the best bike service in the country. Not only do I appreciate the great service but the time I spend with Bryan, learning about bikes and he's life riding them makes my bike repairs not a burden but an enriching experience. When you are there, ask Bryan about his time riding the Scottish highlands and the extreme conditions he overcame with a Turkish peloton. AMAZING!!! The intimacy and realism of the story makes me feel like I was right there with him.

If I had to use one word to describe this business it would be friendly. My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a mountain bike at the shop. Frank was customer-oriented and knowledgable about all the different types of bikes. They have bikes at different price points and will teach you how to do some basic stuff if you are new to the sport, so don't be afraid to ask. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy things I didn't need or want. They have a group ride on Saturdays too and 10% off regularly priced items for military.
