Have not been in a bike shop in a while and I'm glad I went to this one! Rob is very knowledgeable about his bikes and knew the perfect fit for my son Aaron. Not only that but was a huge help in getting it home and teaching my son how to disconnect and reconnect the front wheel and brake. Thank you again Rob!

Rob was an absolute pleasure doing business with. Performed a bike fitting consult on the spot and recommended the perfect bike for my budget.
Terrence was a superb individual as well, helped me rig a bike rack on my car since I didn't have the experience.
Experienced some gear slippage during riding, so gave Rob a call. There was no finger pointing, simply told me to bring the bike in. Fixed everything in 5-10 minutes.

I’ve bought and fixed to donate over 100 bicycles to Vets in CT and NY, and have never dealt with such an unprofessional and ultimate rude and callus shop employee in my life.
I sent a fair offer for a beat up… 17 year old road bike at 10:30pm. And from 5:45am to 8:45am received 5 separate one liner messages about the bike and ultimately had to ask the employee to stop messaging me.
They stated that I was wasting THEIR time and that they are a business not a friendship. CLEARLY, this person doesn’t understand good business or good friendships.

After taking my old bike to a shop not far away in NJ and being told it'd be 500 to fix it, Rob was able to get me back on the road for less than half of that price. I was able to ride for a couple more years with that bike without issue! Awesome service and he seems like a nice guy, have been glad to give him my business ever since.
