So far, I am in love with this place! I have a spacious apartment, beautiful amenities, and what seems like a friendly atmosphere. The staff have been helpful and I have access to a lot of things! Best choice I made!

I have lived in Watervue for several years. This place has a great atmosphere and everyone is truly friendly. My grandkids love to always go down to the dock and see the turtles and fish love the workers here and are always helpful no matter what the needs are.

Not sure how this complex has 4 star rating, I truly believe negative reviews are getting deleted. Maintenance is quick to respond, however they don’t completely “fix the issue.” Our dryer had been worked on multiple times and it still is not working correctly. Trying to get in touch with management is a joke. They are never in their office. Gates are broken and haven’t been fixed. Unable to get packages because they can’t seem to fix that issue also and of course they aren’t in their office to assist you. Ashley and Kim, what are YOUR working hours, I would love to know because it

About time I leave a review 😋! Been here for 2 yrs and see no reason to even think about moving. Love my apartment- the set up is unique and perfect if a kitchen is important to you. It has a modern look, lots of lighting & woody panelled flooring. Ladies at the front are nice & helpful, maintenance is quick- really every concern I've had has been addressed! My only wish is that the appliances were more up-to-date, but they were highest quality out of all the similar apartments when I looked around in 2018. You'll be glad to live here 😃!

This is an awesome place to live. Safe area..convenient..great places to shop and eat within walking distance as well as great schools close by including a University. For those who are without a job..teenagers and young adults alike will have to problem finding a job. I love this community...

Awesome amenities; love the pool and gym. Maintenance is always fast and eager to fix any problem. The manager and her staff are really sweet, down to earth and always welcoming. I would definitely recommend to friends and coworkers to live here.
