Services
El Dorado Hills Brazilian Jiu Jitsu offers Jiu-Jitsu classes starting at age 4. In addition to Jiu-Jitsu, our class includes elements of wrestling, yoga, MMA & nogi Jiu-Jitsu. Our Kids and Juniors program has been designed to nurture short term benefits of confidence, communication, and leadership skills with a long term insight into becoming a World Class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt.
The focus of the Pee Wee Jiu Jitsu class is to teach fundamental Jiu Jitsu movements through a fun and interactive play. Learning technique is based around learning how to move and interact with their peers. Students in this class will learn about communicating with their peers and adults, having fun through movement, and technical positions of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Self Defense.
Our kids program at El Dorado Hills Brazilian Jiu Jitsu emphasizes and promotes a fun and healthy approach to training the mind and body. We believe that the challenges on the mat along with intentional coaching of life skills are essential at this age. Our curriculum has been designed for the student to learn elements of jiujitsu and exercise rigorously all while having fun!
Training at home with the family. This is set up in a follow along style with siblings training with one another or an adult joining in to facilitate the fun, focused-learning. This class uses readily available household items (beach towel and other) as equipment. This allows the avid learner to review previously covered technique and build upon their opportunity to refine their technical skills even while they are off the mat.
A tournament experience is a three part process. The training to prepare, the experience of being in the moment, and the learning and reflection done after the experience. All three parts are essential. The in house tournament is an opportunity to experience this in the controlled environment of our dojo.

Absolutely the best home to train at in Eldorado and Sacramento County. Awesome team and family environment and solid classes from kids to adults. Being away from home they make you feel like family. Highly recommended...

One month in and I’m addicted. Coach Eliot has bred a mentality of mentorship throughout his students which has made someone like myself, one who has never trained in jiu jitsu before, comfortable in being uncomfortable. Truly a good guy, I enjoy the product Coach Eliot brings to the table.

While vacationing in Sutter Creek, we wanted to drop in on a local jiu jitsu class. El Dorado BJJ welcomed us with open arms. Loved the community, the parental engagement and support of the youngest team members. We really appreciated the opportunity to roll and learn with a new BJJ community. Thank you so much for the open door and for your kindness.

Was in Folsom for work, wanted to train. EDH welcomed me and made me feel at home. Instruction was top notch, got some good rolls in and met some really cool and friendly people. Definitely recommend this place to anyone living in the area wanting to start or continue BJJ. I will definitely visit again the next time I’m in the area.

This place is awesome! Absolutely one of the cleanest BJJ training places I have ever been to. The people are more then welcoming and my son is learning discipline while having fun. Eliot really knows his art and teaches it in a way that is easy to understand. Highly recommend you try this place!

My son has had the privilege of training under Eliot Kelly and Aaron Martinez at El Dorado Hills Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the past 3 years. The phenomenal level of training and encouragement from the coaches and other training partners has allowed my son to grow out of the fear and insecurities he once had. This type of sport works your mind and body. It builds character and strengthens your spirit. Given the ability to watch my son grow has encouraged both myself and my husband to give Jiu Jitsu a try for ourselves. Now, we are a family of Jiu Jitsu practitioners, and it has brought our family

I have been a member of the gym for close to three months now. I came from another gym and I have 9 years of BJJ experience, I am ranked at brown belt. I moved to EDH Jiu Jitsu because of the quality of instruction and the community that Eliot has built around the dojo is second to none in Sacramento.
I travel from downtown Sacramento to El Dorado Hills to learn specifically from Eliot because of the strength of his technique and the character of the dojo. EDH BJJ has my highest possible recommendation.

Coach Eliot Kelly is awesome. He has been working with my son for almost 2 years. It's a great environment for learning BJJ mixed with just enough fun to keep the kids engaged.
