Na Martial Arts is a Taekwondo school located in Broadstone Marketplace, Folsom, CA, where you can receive personalized training in martial arts. As one of the Leads of the UC Berkeley Martial Art Club and the UC Davis Taekwondo Club, I have obtained over 15 gold medals of Korean National and international Taekwondo Championships.

Young children are curious and active - and they sometimes have difficulty learning to control their bodies and their behavior. They crave structure and thrive in an environment that's supportive, educational, and fun. They struggle to maintain control of their movements and may be unintentionally destructive.

My daughter (age 4) started with Na Martial Arts January 2021. Her first week was very difficult for her as she was not comfortable with the new environment. The staff was very patient and helpful with getting her acclimated.
A full year in, she loves going to Na Martial Arts twice a week! She has gained more skills and confidence than I could have imagined.

We searched around for a long time before finding Na Taekwondo and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. They are very organized and their instructors are professional and great with the kids. The children are constantly active and entertained for the entire class unlike other programs we tried in the past. I highly recommend Na Martial Arts!

My 6 yo son loves coming to lessons here so much. His self discipline has certainly improved in the short few weeks he's been attending (think: growth in self confidence and independence; he's been cleaning up after himself, and no more arguing about brushing/flossing!) He loves Master Lee and Master Na and will tell anyone who listens about how much fun their lessons are. We're grateful to have found this studio!

We have kept with Na Martial Arts through the pandemic. They have held the highest standards of athletics and safety. They offer online, indoor and outdoor classes with safety regulations and cleaning measures. This is a really great martial arts studio. The kids get excellent instruction from knowledgeable, passionate and patient teachers. I love how they also focus on the behavioral and discipline elements, it really helps the students outside of class.
Na Martial Arts were very quick to adapt to the coronavirus situation and set up video instruction almost immediately. This is a really professional small business who deserves support!

My 4yo daughter has been going for TKD classes here since Nov 2018 & she loves it! So do we. Master Na is very good with her students, focusing on not just helping them learn the art of TKD but also practicing good discipline and behavior, respect, team work and more. Our 7 year old completed the trial offer ($40 gets a uniform, one 30 mins private lesson, and two 40 mins group lessons). We signed up to continue after the trial and he's loved every minute of it! Master Na and her assistants are firm but kind and nurturing. The lessons are so fun and my son just loves it. He also learned to count 1 to 10 in Korean the first week which is so cool! We will also enroll our daughter too.

Master Na's program is incredible. In just a few weeks we have noticed a huge attitude difference with our 4.5 year old son. He is highly motivated to please his instructors and wants to progress.

This place is way more better than the one we used to go in Folsom. Master Na is truly professional and so great with kids. I can see my kid's big improvements only from the 3 trial classes. All equipments are new and clean. My kid love here so much , we definitely stay with Master Na for the entire little warriors program.

My 9 year old son Cooper started with Master Na this summer. He loves it. He looks forward to his sessions and most importantly his behavior at home has improved. He makes his bed and puts away his toys without complaint.
I have 2 older sons who went to a different TKD master in a different city. Master Na has made it more fun and has gotten better behavioral improvement. I'm a big fan.

My son, Matthew's, been attending Na Martial Arts for about three months now. He was reluctant to begin, but I knew he'd learn to like it. He needed this.
Like I said, we are about three months in, and Matthew not only likes it, he loves it! He is so happy here. Matthew's played team sports before, but he's never been passionate about anything like he is TKD. He's grown a lot in the short time here, both physically and mentally, and I look forward to watching him grow more in this art.

I wish I could give Na Martial Arts more than 5 stars! As an active 30 year old female I was looking for an activity that would challenge me physically and mentally, as well as build flexibility, core strength and stamina. This place is the perfect fit! Master Na is an incredible teacher and martial artist. She does a great job of breaking down moves so you don't feel overwhelmed, and is encouraging and gives helpful feedback for you to improve. She is so patient and sweet with the kids, and you can tell she has a passion for what she does.

We've known Master Na since she was teaching at Lifetime fitness. Her class was always popular and kids had lots of fun. Now we joined membership here at Na Martial Arts and my kids love love love what they are doing right now. It has been less than a month but I already saw that my daughter's attitude changed. She is confident and respectful. Even though Master Na recommended to practice 2-3 times a week, my daughter made a great commitment by herself that she would practice everyday!! Because it is so much fun!! Highly recommend this place.

My son has been going to Na Martial Arts for a little over a month now and loves it! He loves it so much that we decided to have his 6th birthday party celebration at the studio which was absolutely perfect. Master Na and her staff created one of the most memorable birthdays we've had for him. He even got to cut his cake with a real sword (with the help of Master Na of course)! We're continuing with regular taekwondo classes...very, very happy with this studio!

I am hooked! I grew up taking dance classes and have mostly stuck to exercises such as barre, yoga, and pilates, so this was totally new to me. This is hands down the funnest class I've ever taken. I walk out of each class smiling from ear to ear and I can't stop talking about it. Taekwondo is a wonderful physical and mental exercise and Master Na is an excellent teacher. She is friendly, encouraging, and takes the time to demonstrate and explain all the moves in a way that's easy to grasp. I am so glad I walked into her studio and gave it a try because I think I found my new passion

I have known Master Na for several years while she trained, taught and coached at UC Berkeley. She is not only an exceptional athlete but great with students of all ages.
