I recently moved here and the staff is Amazing! Apartment is located in great area the grounds are well kept.
Brianna took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed.
Also want to thank Patrick for his help as well

The entire staff always greet you with a smile
and are very helpful to my needs and are quick to attend to any problem that arise.

I was suppose to move in March and I notified the office I had contracted covid right away. I’ve been out of work and very sick with pneumonia and need the help of a friend to take care of me. I’ve contacted Briana at the office several times and was told they will not refund and money to me. Even though I let them know right away I could not move in. She now tells me to contact Weller Corp but won’t give me any info. Says they are keep all deposits. I never signed anything. This is no way to run a business.

Two of your very appreciative residents at 10 X Delray ( Alan K and Jodi Z ) met several months ago at the 10X Delray pool and we started dating ( wearing masks of course). My family and I moved from NC to FL, and had only a short time to find a place to live, but we were lucky enough to find 10X Living at Delray! We loved it so much that we renewed our lease TWICE, and what was supposed to be a short-term arrangement, turned into the next two years! With two young children and two dogs, we were worried about living in an apartment, but the units are spacious (and beautiful) and 10X offers many outside amenities, including a playground, dog park, and an amazing pool (our favorite)! You can tell that the Management takes pride in the facilities, and the grounds are

I have absolutely no idea who I just spoke to at this companies call center but they were one of the kindest reps for ANY business I’ve EVER spoke to! She wasn’t able to tell me the minimum duration for short term leasing so I have to receive a call back but she was so kind I couldn’t care less. I don’t know if this is the standard for 10-X or if it’s just this particular employee - but she was helpful, kind, empathetic (We need temp. housing due to an insurance loss) and professional to the 10th power!! Because of her introduction to this property I am hoping this fits our needs.

I really loved living here at first, but I've got a noisy neighbor I've been dealing with for almost a month now, and management was helpful at first but hasn't helped me with anything past sending an email warning out to the rest of the building and has stopped replying to my emails. I've been sleeping with ballistic grade earplugs and I can hear the music and parties through the cement walls and ballistic grade ear plugs. And when I confronted ALL of my neighbors, they all said it wasn't them and the music continues 24-7 with no additional help from management past basic protocols.

This community is like a modern resort. Club house have swimming pool, regulated jacuzzi, theater, billiard room, gym and the lake has a pathway so residents can walk and exercise. However, our unit had gone into molds last year and we were told to evacuate for treatment but the management did not provide us place. Moreover and since then, our thermostat has to stay only at 73 degrees to prevent molds from growing back. Its like winter all the time!

This is a beautiful community with great amenities. The apartments are comfortable and bright. The location is great, close to everything, 5 minutes away to groceries, pharmacies, and other stores, and DT and the beach are less than 15 minutes away. I appreciate that my moving experience was very smooth. The management team is very friendly and professional. Also, the maintenance team has been good, very helpful with everything we have needed. It is pet friendly too and my pup is very happy, the dog park is big! Overall I would recommend this property.
