In Arizona, a divorce is known as "dissolution of marriage, " and it is a court process designed to end a marriage legally. Besides terminating the union, an Arizona court has the authority to divide certain debts and property of the spouses. In some instances, one spouse may be required to pay spousal maintenance (formerly alimony/spousal support) to the other.
In Arizona, the phrase "legal decision-making" replaced the term "child custody" in 2013. In Title 25 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, Marital and Domestic Relations, Chapter 4 specifically refers to all child custody laws in the state of Arizona. These guys are awesome. I hired Josh for my family court case. He helped prepare me for what court was going to be like, they worked with my budget, they made sure everything was ready. They also set clear expectations. They would hear my ideas and tell me what was plausible and what wasn’t. Josh was always nice and worked hard for me. The secretaries are very sweet as well and are more than willing to work with you. Some of the best money I have ever spent. I highly recommend them.
