Services
Filipina has experience as a Director of Nursing for over 22 years with the last 8 at Pacifica. Her professional experience includes both acute and long-term care and she is proud to be surrounded by a compassionate and competent team of licensed nurses and CNAs on her team. Filipina enhances each patient's stay by going above and beyond to ensure they receive only the best quality care and can truly have a great experience here at Pacifica.
We recommend visiting between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. If you have a special circumstance, please speak with the charge nurse on duty so alternative visiting hours may be arranged. We suggest using the common areas of the facility to meet with your loved one. If it is not possible to visit in one of the common areas, we suggest a limit of one to three people in a resident room at one time.

I have visited several people here over the years.. I have always been impressed by the cheerful, homey, sparkling clean surroundings. Better yet is the evident care expressed by staff from reception to those aids who help with visiting. We are fortunate to have you available to us who live on the coast thank you. P.S. therapy staff also great.

1. The CNA's and nurses are amazing! They are compassionate and and patient They are at your bedside within minutes after pressing the bell. They come like clock work to turn mom and check her diaper. Mom looks forward to her showers they do such a good job!
2. The therapist are also amazing- respectful , professional and knowledgeable. They involve the family teaching us exercises to help mom complete with handouts
3. The activity directors are energetic and involve everyone. I've never heard mom sing before. They also involve the family.

The took in my mom when the hospital was completely confused and disorganized (COVID surge and not the greatest hospital to begin with) the hospital gave them little info, no background sketchy paperwork and my mom. The took wonderful care of my mom, chased down what information there was, coordinated care with her primary physician and helped her get back to normal and happy! It was a great and helpful experience having them help clean up the mess the hospital left them to figure out. They did a wonderful job caring for my mom and helping us find out everything we needed to know.

I work for an Orthopedic office, and just had the most efficient and knowledgeable conversation with one of the nurses at this facility. She had everything ready and knew what her patient needed after a major surgery. The family had already been made aware and their presence requested for the appointment. She was organized, thorough and sounded as if she was setting the appointment for her own family.
