Lindsay started her journey with a pair of dumbbells and stopwatch, determined to help a small group of women get fit, and 12 years later, she has helped hundreds across the country lose weight, get fit, and improve their overall lifestyle.Lindsay has traveled across the country as a public speaker to inspire others to become better versions of themselves.

Randi and Lindsay are amazing trainers that provide a supportive and fun environment. They truly care about your health and well being.
Their positive approach has really allowed me to push past my self imposed limits and achieve my personal goals.

I’m so thankful I have discovered Grit Life. I was at a point in my life where I was extremely depressed and hated to even look at myself in the mirror. After stalking Grit Life’s FB stories for months I finally pulled the trigger and signed up for a consultation. It feels so good to see transformation and just know I am actively working on myself. With the help of Randi and Lindsey, you don’t have an opportunity to fail (unless you just don’t listen). Try it out! It’s not easy but it is SO REWARDING.

I just want to thank Grit Life Fitness, the owners, and the trainers for giving me a well rounded work out experience! nutrition class and education, personal accountability, and a great space to get in shape. The trainers are very knowledgable in so many areas of health and fitness. I have never really worked out before and they were very motivational in helping me to keep going and to not give up on myself! Will continue to work out at Grit Life and am excited to be a part of this new and upcoming gym!

Absolutely the best gym EVER!!
You have personal trainers anytime you need them, guided nutrition to make the best lifestyle change you could ever ask for, and best workout you will experience in a day!!
I love going to the gym and working out now, I love the people in my classes, everyone encourages each other and no judgement from anyone.
Just the whole GRIT experience is AMAZING, best advice I can give is to come in, see it first hand how great it is!!!

Grit Life Fitness is honestly the motivation and accountability I never knew I needed from a gym/trainers. The trainers not only push you past what you thought you could do but also constantly motivate you and consistently follow up with you to make sure you are doing what you should be! I have seen results of people I personally know within 21 days and that's all I needed to see to sign up as well.

I have to admit I have not been one to keep a consistent workout regimen. It took a minute, I was not happy with myself, my appearance etc... I joined the 21 day challenge and it has forever changed my life, I feel better, the meal plan has been so easy, and I've gotten Big results. I Love to workout!!! It's nice to walk into a gym where Everyone is supportive and Encouraging. Thank you Lindsey and Randi couldn't have done it without you!!! Grit Life Fitness for Life!!!

Grit Life has been a blessing in my life. I had let myself go and I was at a point in my life where I was not happy with myself anymore. I hit an all time low and lost confidence in myself. Now I can say I am a totally different person and it’s because of Grit Life. The trainers, Lindsay and Randi really care about me and my goals and have already helped me achieve so much. I was so excited when Grit Life opened. I have had a long fitness journey and this place has already taught me so much. The workouts are very challenging and you always get a great calorie burn with a good sweat. The trainers will work with you no matter what fitness level you are on. They are not all about jumping and doing everything at a fast pace. They teach you to be slow and controlled when you need to be and how to really burn out that muscle.
