Teaches respect, honor, and responsibility. The instructors and staff are helpful and understanding and have a great deal of patience! The after-school program is also really growing and I love the environment they are in until I can get them after work. We know that finding a martial arts school can be overwhelming.

Wonderful experience to get kids to exercise, grow and strengthen their bodies. Little did we know, self-esteem, confidence and a sense of community were found here as well. It is truly a family-oriented environment and it is amazing to see young children grow into solid, admirable young adults. What a great positive experience! Master Kim is a blessing to our community!

My 7-year-old son loves his time at TKD! He's learning about discipline, goal setting, focus, concentration, respect, and physical fitness. Master Kim and his staff are always accommodating and kind. I definitely recommend taking a trial class to see if taekwondo is a good fit for your family.

Master Kim and his team of instructors always do a great job with every Taekwondo student! They are patient, encouraging and help build confidence. Both of my kids have gone through their program. My oldest, has achieved his black belt. My youngest is headed that direction in the coming months. They really feel like an extension of our family at this point. Taekwondo has helped my children be more confident and focused. It also has given them a sense of peraonal achievement. Qualities that will last their whole life. We love The One Taekwondo family!

The One Taekwondo and their staff are amazing! Master Kim is a phenomenal teacher. He’s kind, patient, inclusive, and an awesome role model. His assistants are great at keeping the little tigers on track. My son is learning discipline, respect, and determination as well as taekwondo!

My daughter has been at The One Taekwondo Center for over 3 years. She was in the after school program and started as a Little Tiger and is now currently a black belt. Master Kim and the team has been amazing and supportive to my daughter’s growth and gain in confidence. We are beyond happy with the experience at The One!

My son is currently a Black Belt at the ONE Taekwondo Center. He started at age 5 in the Little Tigers program. Taekwondo has given him confidence and has been a great source of development for him athletically and mentally. It is a great form of exercise to augment his love of baseball, but could also be an only sport for a child. The ONE Taekwondo and the staff, specifically Master Kim, are outstanding. They take great personal interest not only in your child's success, but also in the community of Woodstock. Master Kim is always looking for ways to improve the Taekwondo experience through technology

We have loved everything about our experience at The One Taekwondo so far. My son is four and just started a few weeks ago. Master Kim is awesome with children and immediately engaged both my son and my daughter, who isn’t quite old enough to join yet, but is completely infatuated. I love the family oriented feel of it and how Master Kim leads all of the classes. We are looking forward to watching our kids grow and learn here. The lessons on focus, respect, and listening are presented so well with the kids all clearly having a wonderful time and expending their energy in a positive way. So happy

The One Taekwondo is like family to us. We've made so many friendships over the last 4 years and have seen our children grow in both discipline, confidence and physical ability. Master Kim is a great teacher and equips his instructor team to lead classes well. Our family highly recommends The One Taekwondo and will forever cherish the family memories we've made training together!
