Location is absolutely ideal. Amenities? Perfection. Plenty of welcoming and perfectly-designed common areas. The new staff is top-notch (can't say enough about how impressed I am with the staff here). The design of the homes themselves is impeccable. I love all of the finishes and fixtures. Dog walk area is awesome and a great place to meet your neighbors.

New manager Shayla and maintenance Jesse are the best! I am glad I chose Oceana.

Hello, I have been a resident at Oceana for over a year and I have not had any major issues. The staff is friendly and cooperative. The maintenance team is very responsive.

Im not the type of person to post reviews but I feel like this place deserves one.
First time living in Avondale, I lived here for one year. Apartment complex and staff was amazing!! Right off the freeway, fast food just minutes away, Harkins theater right across the street. Even tho COVID messed up part of the year it was still enjoyable.
Move in was so easy and quick, I didn’t have trouble at all. Apartments are spacious and open! Every maintenance issue I had was resolved right away, parking lot was kept clean, and the environment was so safe. Happy to report that there was zero bugs and

The community is nice, I enjoy the amenities particularly the pool, and management is usually quite helpful. I love that they added a dog park because pets are important to me since we don't have kids. I love the location and and all of the businesses around, like the restaurants, Game Stop, and Harkins. Having all of those things in walking distance is great!

Love it here. Quiet and great area. I would definitely recommend to others to stay here for sure. 5 out 5 stars. Management are also helpful whenever we need them.

The location is perfect. Schools are so close by. Shopping is literally a stroll away.

Awesome! The community is kept clean and the landscape is well taken care of! When something needs to be fixed the maintenance crew comes right away and take care of it! The staff in the office are very nice and helps out in anyway necessary! The neighbors are very pleasant! I would recommend this apartment community to everyone! Please keep up the good work and vibes!

Recently, I Moved Into Oceans Apartments. The Move In Process Is An Experienced That I Will Always Cherish In My Heart. I Was Assisted By The Sales Manager Charlene , And Her Staff Members. Mrs. Charlene Went To That Extra Mile To Help Me When Things Were Not Looking So Good Me. She Encouraged Me To Not Give Up Because She Was Not Going To Give Up… On Me. After Week And A Half I Was Ready To Call It Quits. I Went into the Office To See Her , And She Asked Me Sit Down. Tears Came To My Eyes And She Told Me That Not To Give Up. A Few Day's Later I Received A Call From A Staff Member And Told

Cool place to live.. near a lot of shops and eateries. Service staff is friendly. Thank you to Emmanuel the renovations Supervisor, he was kind and patient with answering all my questions.
