I needed to change my insurance due to relocation and working with Stephanie relieved a ton of stress for me. She was able to get me everything I had on my old policy and more for a lower price! I was so impressed by the wonderful customer service and clear explanation of all the different options available to me. This was the best experience I have ever had with an insurance agent.

I was in a major home insurance crisis today. Sky is falling kind of stuff.. I spoke with Stephanie (works for/with Bob)& she got me squared away with a new home & auto policy. Painless and easy. Saved me some good $$$ over my prior Prog**ssive policy too! I am now able to go to bed tonight knowing that we are properly covered & there is definitely something positive to be said for talking with an agent from your area, not just a yahoo from who knows where. I am very glad to be onboard with you folks now.

I called for a quote on Home Insurance and spoke with Stephanie. She was extremely informative and walked me through exactly what I would be getting with the Home Insurance policy. i asked many questions and she took the time to explain each one. I have been a customer at this location for my car insurance now for about a year and I am more impressed every time I work with them. Bob and Stephanie were very straight forward, friendly, and knowledgeable about which insurance products would best serve my needs. After I was quoted it was explained to me which factors would help my rates get even lower and what type of things to look out for and be aware of (Such as over-insuring a renters or home-owners policy and the differences between comprehensive and collision on my vehicle) and for that I was grateful they took the time. I did end up opening a new policy with State Farm and I felt like I made the right choices and I felt informed about my future options.
