If the Check Engine Light is on, constant or intermittently, the Computer in your car has stored codes indicating a Malfunction which could lead to Engine Damage. You should have this checked as soon as possible. Reading and Resetting the codes can be done by anyone with a simple scanner but Interpreting and Testing requires Advanced Diagnostic Equipment.
To ensure your BMW gets attention when it needs it, some BMW'S have a technology called Condition Based Servicing. Sensors monitor the condition of parts such as Brake Pads, Brake Fluid, Coolant, Filters and Engine Oil etc. Using this information, the on-board computer works out your BMW'S Service needs, and you can check this on the display in the rev counter.

You'll need to replace the timing belt, water pump and tensioner at your models recommended time/milage interval the average is at 105K miles. This is very Important. Failure to replace the timing belt before it breaks is certain to cause extensive engine damage. Often, it's the bearings in the tensioners or water pump that fail first, destroying the belt, and bending the valves in the cylinder head on some engines.

Brought my older bmw that was making some engine sounds in. Paid $550 to get the car looked at to see if doing the work was going to be worth it with the age of the car. They told me it was a go and that the work would get my car another 50-100 thousand miles. I paid another $1800 on top of the $550 diagnosis. Car made it less than 1/4 of a mile down the road when the engine completely blew up and the car was never drivable again. They wouldn't even refund me the initial $550 after obviously ripping me off and baiting me into sinking a ton of money into a car that should have been retired. I highly

I asked if they could do an oil change and safety check on my Mercedes before a trip I was going on.
Even though they usually book repairs at least a week out, they told me to drop it off in the morning and they would try to get to it within the next few days. 2 hours later my car was ready to go. The whole thing was less than half of what I had been paying at another specialty auto repair shop just for the oil change.
Now I can take that trip sure that my car is gonna be fine. I will be returning for any future repairs.

Called for a price quote on a very simple part installation, did it myself in a few hours but wanted to save the hassle of doing it again myself. Was told to send an email. About 4-5 days later I received a callback (the fact they called back is why it's not 1 star). Was told $3500+ for an oil pan gasket + timing cover gasket. With the oil pan removed, the timing cover comes right off, but they made it seem as if it's some insanely hard project and quoted an insane price. Almost disrespectfully insane. I will never come here if my life depended on it, YouTube and Google saved me $3500 that day

I had the oil pan gasket replaced on my 2011 335i, and the price was surprisingly low for such a big job. Prices for parts were fair and did not appear to be marked up compared to what I could find on FCP or ECS. Communication was great, and staff is very friendly and honest. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I have had my 2002 525i since 2013. Precision has helped me with ALL maintenance until current 2021. I am now upgrading to a X3 and I will continue to use their service. Steff and Josh and all of the mechanics have been nothing but friendly, honest, patient and so accommodating through the years. I will continue to use them as I own BMWs. This staff is like any close family.
I can trust them. Thank you Precision!

I wanted to thank Josh, Stephanie for their outstanding service in getting my vehicle back on the road after I purchased my first Audi last month. Josh was very knowledgeable and explained what I need after they done a full inspection of my vehicle. I would recommend them than using any dealership. They are reasonable and only specialize in European vehicles. The bonus is if you need to leave your car at the shop you get a free loaner car just pay for the gas that you use. I give them 5-stars. Professional, Good Customer Service, On-time and friendly. You guys are the best.
