I can't say enough about Tru Line. I've used them multiple times now, and I won't take my cars anywhere else for the services they offer. They are responsive, very customer oriented, and the work they do is the best I've ever experienced.

Waited so long in the freezing cold. Total of 5 hours. Thought they would start on my car right away. I was there at the specific time. I even arrived a little early. It took them at least 2 hours to start on it while there was an empty lift available and another 3 hours to get it done. I wasn't that satisfied. Didn't do what I specified. Could've been done sooner. I got lied to also about adjusting my front suspension. The person called me and said, your vehicle is about ready just wrapping things up. Asked him if he adjusted my front suspension he said, he already did it in a unprofessional voice

Last week I dropped off my "wannabe track car" with them. Few hours later I get a call from Tru-line letting me know the top strut mounts were installed incorrectly and caused some damage. (This thing was pulling so hard to the left, I have to rotate the wheel about 10 degrees to drive straight. I got so frustrated with the car I went out and bought a new car last summer...)

Wow! Talk about turning a customer relationship around for the better. I brought my lifted Toyota Tacoma in on 08/04/2021 for an alignment. I picked it up after-hours as my schedule conflicted with their operable hours. When I picked it up, I was disappointed to see that there was a motor-oil stain on my drivers seat that wasn't there when I dropped it off.

Been going to this establishment since the 90's when Byron was still running the shop. The service and workmanship never skipped since Doug took over running and managing things.
I've had my Honda Accord's frame straightened back to factory specs to numerous tires and wheel alignments and balancing over the span of 5 cars and 20+ years. I do not compromise when it comes to tires and alignments and will seek out the best for this service and it just so happens that they have two shops (Seattle, Bellevue).
These guys are one of the few few few places left in this seattle/world that

I had my 1983 Supra suspension modified by Byron back in 1983 and the work was flawless.
Fast forward to 2021 and Doug and the team did a great job on my S2000.
They dialed in an alignment that will work for the track and for street duty.
Truly masters of their craft and I only trust Tru-Line for aligning my cars.
They communicated well during the process to make sure we were going with the right specs and made it happen - and delivered sooner than promised. I swear it seemed like my car was cleaner when

This is a fantastic alignment shop! The last time I had my truck aligned I went to a chain that sold me a 'lifetime' alignment.... they never managed to get the truck aligned right, even after multiple return trips. it wasn't a case of over-perfection on my part; they'd give me a printout that showed it was way out of spec and tell me "that's as close as we can get"! they almost had me convinced the frame was bent, but they could never show me any damage...

Not the cheapest around town but the quality is HIGH. It will save you time going back to the dealership for alignment. I had my 4Runner aligned at a Toyota dealership, first the car pulls to the right. I came back and had it fixed, it no longer pulls the right but the steering wheel is not straight when driving on a straight line and is off by degrees.
I went to truline because of the positive reviews and I am not disappointed.

I had a flat tire today and through google was able to find the closest location which happened to be Tru-Line Seattle. I was assisted in a matter of 5 minutes. They were able to remove a nail that was struck in my wheel and also pump all my other tires. The service was free of charge. I just could not believe it and asked several times. Exceptional professional experience and will definitely be going back there. It was a five star experience and am grateful that there are still some good businesses looking out for us.

Ive been to a lot of shops in Seattle for a car restoration project (Mercedes ML55), and I’ve thus far never had a bad experience with any of them. But, Tru Line stands out as one of the best. They fitted new shocks on my vehicle and were tasked with diagnosing a weird noise, which they did but did not fix the issue. I called back and they had me in the next day, found the issues and fixed it without charge because that was their original task. Customer service is excellent, they follow covid safety restrictions, and the work done is quality. As a car guy and a tinkerer, I highly recommend them

Excellent work they have done im extremely happy with results, story I had dealer install coilovers when it was done, wheels looked matching but the top of the struts were in different positions drastically on the camber plates, and the alignment sheet was all in red areas with everything being off from eachother, took it to truline issue was fixed top of struts now match, wheels are set right, alignment all in green area, couldnt be more happy dealer wont be doing the alignment anymore, only truline for now on

My wife and I bought a classic VW microbus last year and have been working through lots of restoration. A friend recommended Tru-Line to get the stance and alignment right. Doug Tate and his team delivered as promised. It was after we picked up the bus that we noticed a brake shoe dragging. Although this was not expressly related to the service provided, Doug drove all the way across town himself, took our bus back to his shop, fixed it, and then re-delivered it to us. He looked so cool sitting behind the wheel with a big smile on his face and coming from such a great place of customer service

By far the best alignment place in Seattle. Not cheap. For an F30 with steering wheel angle sensor reset, I walked out $300 poorer. But if you want it done right and not have to come back because the steering wheel is crooked or car still pulls to one side, then it's well worth the trouble. Professional and chill people.

These guys stand behind their work. After two alignments from another shop, my truck was still pulling to one side. I took it to Tru Line since people say they are the best in Seattle. Unfortunately, despite their corrections, the truck still wasn't tracking straight. At that point, I assumed it was the tires. Five months later I did my first rotation and the truck still had the same issue, and I knew it wasn't the tires since I rotated from side to side. I called them up and they had me in two days later. In one hour they had corrected the issue for free and apologized for the inconvenience. I

I showed up 40 min before they closed to mount and balance a new tire I just picked up. Charged me a reasonable rate and I was out before they closed!

So glad I found this place on Yelp.
3 months ago, my tire pressure was low, so went to a gas station to put more air in. Today, my tire pressure was low again, so I was worried I might have a nail in 1 of my tires (2 years ago at this time one of my tires blew out while I was on the freeway so imagine my paranoia whenever I get low air pressure).
I called this place in the morning right when it opened to ask when I could drop in (or if appointments are needed). Since it was a tire situation, they said I can come in right away to get it checked. I dropped in and they quickly gave my car keys to

Last year I had all the shocks, some bushings and upper control arms replaced on my classic Nissan 300ZX TT at a specialist shop; of course had the alignment done at that shop and it didn't turn out right; was told the car needed a camber kit to get the drifting to the right and the steering wheel centered corrected.

Doug and the crew at Tru Line did an absolutely amazing job on my rare 19,000 mile 67 Chevelle SS ex race car. I restore these old classics as a hobby for myself, and Tru line dialed in every aspect of my suspension and alignment problems that I came in with.
I had originally taken the bare frame to another shop
(that has since gone out of business) to get straightened, and after charging me over $2500, I later found that I still had several bent problems on my frame. Doug was able to diagnose those mistakes immediately, and he fixed everything in a quick and timely fashion. My car now goes down

This place is just awesome. They do too quality alignment and have been looking after our tires for a long time. They have a great alliance with tirerack.com. U can Orser high performance tires from that site and then they will drop ship there.
The team there is really responsive and have told us when tires are too worn and need another. Hard to find a good reliable shop like this!
