Room was dirty, dated and breakfast was absurd.
Our room smelled funny upon entry. There was still feces splatter in the toilet from the previous guests. The comforter had white flaky stuff on it. The sheets were thin, piled and worn. The pillows smelled 100 years old and were lumpy. We did bring this to the attention of the staff and they did their best to rectify ( different pillows, new comforter, etc.). The staff was friendly but clearly there is an issue with aged products and housekeeping.
The breakfast is the worst I’ve experience at a hotel. You stand in a line and get the option of

The location of this hotel was ideal. We were able to get to the major sights quickly and easily.
Then, we were in a central part of town, so we were able to easily walk around to shop and eat.
The folks working the counter were friendly and polite. They answered any question I had and didn't mind grabbing extra items for me.
The breakfast was good. The ladies working with the food were kind and on the ball. The coffee was hot and the juice cold.
The pool was smaller than the picture made it look. It was also always busy so the kids weren't interested in swimming in a small pool with a bunch

We just stayed in the Family Queen Suite Tuesday- Thursday. Parking was ridiculous! Not much room at all , once you leave for the day to sight see, good luck finding another spot when you return. All the vending machines were out of drinks the entire stay. With 4 kids that wasn't ideal. Breakfast was VERY SLIM. 2 frozen to microwave pancakes and one sausage patty.. no toast ,could have given alittle more options. Room was big and clean so that was a plus.

Great hotel for families. Rooms were very large, clean and updated. We had a foyer with pullout couch, large bathroom 2 sinks and 2 full size beds. Pool although small was warm and perfect for younger kids. Everyone from staff to guests were friendly. Hostess/manager lives in Keystone and had great recommendations. Person cleaning our room even arranged my daughter's stuffed animals for her! Breakfast could be improved.
