Me and my business partner were meeting in the club house for a meeting with a client. A few of the employees came in to eat lunch, then Michelle García came in to eat her lunch. Her knowing we were on zoom doing an appointment because the other employees told her. She was extremely loud, she started to play a video on her phone to show them. We no longer could hear our client so we asked her to please lower the sound because we were on an appointment. She ignored us, and turned the volume up louder. I feel so bad for folks who keep moving in here. The staff is so nice but their hands are tied when it comes to helping folks. Our air conditioner was out for an entire week during 100+ temperature days so we had to stay in a hotel and eat out everyday. Our hotel and food bill was over $1,000 and we had just paid our rent. Our electricity bill was an additional $125.00 because of the wall units they plugged in. Stella credited our rent $300.00 causing us to have to get on flex pay to move forward and not get behind. A major restructuring is desperately needed here but no one is helping. I added

Rebecca O. has been such an asset since day one. From giving me an in-depth presentation to the amenities to the actual apartment itself, she has been a blessing for sure. Whatever issues may arise, she promptly and swiftly moves to make sure what ever issues may arise are handled in a quick and efficient manner. Rebeca O. was a great leasing agent here at Stella. Any questions we had, she answered them. So far, our stay here has been wayyyy better than our last apartment, but the only issue we've been having is some of our neighbors tend to leave their trash out on non pick up days (Friday/Saturday). One neighbor left his trash out so long, a opossum was feasting one night 😠. We've had food trucks in the front and movie night near the pool! I'm glad to be apart of this community!

We have been here for about 3 months and are absolutely loving Stella! We live in a one bedroom luxury and it is pretty perfect for us. My husband and I have plenty of room and never get that claustrophobic feeling that can sometimes come with one bedroom floor plans. We are in love with the openness and spend a ton of time cooking in our kitchen and relaxing in our living room. The french doors leading to the balcony offer a ton of natural light allowing us to reduce our electricity bill. Maintenance has been super responsive the 1 or 2 items that we needed. I have been a resident of Stella Apartments for four months. From my first contact with the leasing agent, I knew this will be the place of my liking. I relocated to Houston and looked at several properties and had contact with their staff and choose to revisit Stella because of the Professional, Patient, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful interaction of the leasing agents.
