There was a note that the receptionist was out but did not give direction to check in yourself. Lots of employees came and went saw me sitting in the waiting area and not one of them asked if I could be helped. I was 15 min early and three others got in before me since I told them to go inside and check in.
As for the doctor, as always, I would highly recommend him and his practice.

Upon meeting my dental hygienist, she said she was new at Lowry. She appeared wide eyed and tense. In summary, it was the most painful cleaning I've ever had. When working between teeth she would dig deep into my gums. When using the water jet, the suction tube wasn't placed effectively and she would forget to use it, so water was everywhere. She was always very apologetic, and seemed sweet and concerned but she had trouble with most tasks. I realize this is no reflection on the quality of work at Lowry Dental, but this hygienist needs more practice at dental hygiene school before working with

They are the nicest people. My son fell on his scooter and broke his two front teeth. It was late in the evening. The dentist met me at his office and examined my son after hours. We went back a couple days later and he fixed his front teeth flawlessly!
Now our whole family goes there and we all have had good experiences. Highly recommended!

Lowry Dental has friendly staff that greets you when you come in the door. Their workspace is clean and inviting. Overall it is a pleasant experience even for me who hates going to the dentist. The best part is Heidi the hygienist! She has the softest hands and makes my teeth feel so clean and fresh every time without making them sore. I would 💯 percent recommend Heidi!! I would also recommend Lowry Dental

This is the third dentist that I tried after moving to Boise. The first one told my husband and me both that we needed crowns. That was six years ago... no crowns... They other had a dingy office and put a bunch of fillings in my son that I'm pretty sure were not required.
I was relieved when I found Lowry Dental. Dr. Ben is really smart, really nice caring, very well educated, and just a great dentist. He always picks the conservative path - he'll try whatever he can to address an issue without invasive procedures. They hygienists are nice and are really careful not to hurt me

I am very pleased with Dr. Eric. He did a very thorough examination and we talked about some options that I had been wanting to explore with my teeth for a very long time. Rachel is the greatest hygienist anyone could ever have. She's gentle, thorough, smart and very honest. I enjoy my visits here. Sometimes at a larger practice you can get lost as a customer but I have never felt that way.

My boyfriend has been having some gum issues for the past few weeks and the staff here has been wonderful with getting him taken care of.
Luckily, they've been able to see him on short notice a few times and have even allowed him to walk in.
We don't have insurance and their out-of-pocket prices are not that awful.
A great dental office all around.

Been to Lowry dental about 5 times as my parents chose them as my primary dentist but I always cancel because I never liked the place too much. I mostly went when I was younger. I just remember one time when I was about 8, I was in a back room and once the hygienist finished with me he said he had to run and go get Dr. Lowry. I was literally sitting in the backroom scared and alone for at least an hour waiting for the doctor. Super young and super confused. Also the doctors breath usually smells really bad.

When we came to Lowry Dental, it was apparent that we had misplaced our dental insurance card. We apologized for the mistake and asked to reschedule. The redheaded receptionist was rolling her eyes and making snide remarks. Eventually she said, "You just wasted an hour of our hygienist's time." That was true, but we just made a simple mistake and we had apologized multiple times at this point. Has this woman ever made a mistake? She had about 40 years on me so I'm sure she's made plenty. I walked out, never to come back to Lowry Dental again. The front office is the face

Reading all the reviews including Google I deside to give them a visit. The procedure took only 45 seconds to a minute to do. Had part of a pulled tooth coming through the gum. It needed to come out. If you have really good insurance this is the place to go. Everyone was friendly and I had confidence with the Doctor and medical staff. But since I was paying cash I'm always concerned about cost. They quoted me about 144.00$ to do the procedure and than they added a bunch of other stuff on like a exam x-ray which now was pushing 300.00$ I told them just pull the broken piece out and that&apos

Having worked in the dental industry myself for several years I appreciate the excellent, honest work that Lowry Dental provides. A generational family operated dental care office who has a friendly and caring staff and beautiful office. I would go to a dentist who had a poor chairside manner if that meant they offered the best dental care, but you don't have to choose between the two with the Lowry's! Great hygienists too!
