My wife and I were looking to buy a house in Eagle Rock in 2019 and we contacted Tracy because we had seen her signs on other properties. She did meet with us and ended up showing us one house but never returned our calls after that. Not impressed with the customer service. She seems to be after the $$ but not willing to put in the work.

The reason I left a review of 1 star was because my family and I were going to see this house but nobody was in the house. So we called the Tracy King Team, and the agent we called was very unhelpful, rude, and just hung up on us. We expected calling an agent to be helpful and kind but instead it went the other way around. She did not help us to find an agent who could show us the house. And said the house was already sold. Then, we called Zillow and they said that the house was not sold and they would get us an agent to show us the house as soon as possible. This was the kind of service we expected

I restrained Tracy to list my mom's estate, read small house, that was going through probate. I expected a tear down scenario.
Tracy was very knowledgeable about the market. The house sold in about four months at a price I and my sibs were happy with. It ended up being remodeled. I learned it was bought by one of the crew who simply fell in love with it.
The thing about Tracy is she is professional, tenacious and keeps her clients well informed. I would highly recommend her. If she can move a modest home like the one I grew up in she can deliver for you.

Tracy and her magnificent team completely changed my opinion of what a realtor can be. In the past I always felt like my realtors got paid their commission for simply processing paperwork- but Tracy and her team were a partner in getting our house prepared, listed and SOLD for many tens of thousands over the list price. I have to say that selling our home of 25 years was not fun. My wife and I were stressed out and frankly beat-up emotionally by the time we drove off into the sunset. I found a property that was listed with this agency. Contacted the Tracy through Zillow and got no response. Called left message no response. Sent a text and received this as a response. "UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY $800K, YOU'RE TOO LATE. Property was listed at 599,000.00 Never asked if I would like to see another property... Never said send in an offer. Assumed through text that I wasn't a viable buyer. Absolutely disgusting way to do business. I advised that Tracey should go back to take ETIQUETTE SELLING 101. You're license should be reviewed!! TOTAL SCAM!!!

My husband and I went to see this open house today. The real estate agent Tracy was doing the listing. She came late and didn't even welcome people in. My husband asked her questions and she basically gave us an attitude. She didn't answer our questions and was very rude. Not doing business with these people. Learn how to speak to people with respect!

Keely and the Tracy King Team recently represented the buyers on a property we were selling in Highland Park. It was one of the smoothest sale escrows we've experienced, and we sell quite a few homes annually. Tracy and Keely are like the Batman and Robin of real estate in NELA. And by that I mean they're REALLY GOOD, not that one of them is kind of an ineffectual ex-circus performer. They guided me through the full-contact buying process that is real estate today in Los Angeles with such care and detail that I barely asked a question throughout the whole process.
