The ladies open my packages knowing it’s my property they told me the had a lot of stuff in the office that they had to open every package knowing what’s inside and knowing that my address was there and my name on my packages also they called the CPI on me cause I let my children every day outside to play for 30 minutes they called them cause they Supposedly see the children every single day for long hours outside crying but the crying was just cause he wanted to be inside watching coco melon for long hours when I can let him play for few minutes and doing something good also when I have cameras

We moved in here back in May from another terrible apartment community managed by Simply Better.
When we first got keys,
The apartment was covered in vomit that looked like it had been there for weeks.
The woman was rather rude, then we received an apology and a relatively quick clean up job that still left residue in places for us to clean ourselves.
The apartment still smelled of vomit after days of bleach and I started to wonder if there was any on the carpet.
Purchased carpet machine and it was the most disgusting thing I had ever seen.
$100 at Walmart and we were pulling up clumps and

These apartments deserve to be shut down! They had us living in a molded apartment with a leak and all they did was paint over it! Not to mention the ceiling collapsed on my children and I while we were eating at our table! I am an active duty service member and I’ve never been treated so poorly by individuals in my life! The management is terrible and they are very rude! The apartments are in poor condition and you can hear your neighbors through the wall! Ive tried to reach their headquarters to file a complaint but no one answers the phone! Ive also emailed them and no response so Ive hired

If I could give these apartments zero stars I would. I do not recommend ANYONE moving here. I’ve lived here for a little over a year and have had nothing but a terrible experience. The outdated appliances are always breaking or not functioning properly and when you request something to be fixed, it doesn’t happen for weeks and when they do “fix” something it’s never actually fixed, even though they charge me for an “upgraded” apartment. Everything has been painted over so many times you can barely open the windows, the patio door is always falling off the hinges and the place was

Apartment is decent, it's your typical apartment. Door hinges have been painted over 30 time. Instead of being properly taped off. My dish washer pops the GCIF Socket every 5 minutes but its no big deal. I normally wash my dishes by hand anyways. Bedroom Carpet has a few stains again no big deal. As long as they don't try to keep my deposit when my lease is over.
Other then that, The young lady that took my application and help me get set up is a very kind and helpful person. The other office staff has been pleasant as well.

We feel very discriminated against here at the Madison Square Apartments. I personally feel targeted. We get threatened with fines for every little thing. I understand that leaving trash outside the door was in the lease but how is it we leave ours outside for 2 day’s max and our neighbor leaves theirs outside for at least a week almost a week and a half and they don’t get threatened with these fines. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to my worst enemy that’s how bad they are. The management is very unprofessional and more often than not very very rude. Once our lease is up we are getting
