CORE Apartments

I drove 30 minutes to tour the apartment at the scheduled time and no one showed up. Very unprofessional

It's been 8 months since I've lived at Core and I'm still missing mail I was supposed to get in May, pretty certain it's a crime to withhold my mail, but I would expect nothing less from Melissa. The property manager Melissa is the worst manager I've ever experienced who lives by a code of "it's never my problem". Very frustrating to deal with a property manager who doesn't take responsibility over their assigned property. I would like to also add that my previous review was positive only because she had harassed my wife and I to change our reviews. Anybody who is still living there should find

Melissa is absolutely unprofessional and I'm pretty sure she has narcissistic personality disorder. This place would be amazing if you just replaced her. I also want to say she's been embezzling people's deposits.

Everything about this apartment is pretty good except for the property manager. She harassed me about paying a $100 monthly fee that we never discussed and it wasn’t on the lease. When I went to speak to her about it, she waved me off and kept shouting over me. I told her to show me evidence that I agreed to pay this fee and she refused. I had to call the regional manager to resolve the issue.

I absolutely love this apartment complex. Melissa and Ashlyn do a wonderful job at keeping residents happy. I have lived here for about 8 months and do not regret signing here, at all. ISU campus is a 10 minute bus ride and I have easy access to HWY 30 to commute to work. I was able to negotiate my cost of rent-- Melissa is incredibly caring and accommodating.
From heated garage parking at a fraction of the cost of University Towers to high-end units with in-unit laundry, CORE is a great place to check into living at!

This apartment is very modern and clean, and thats what I love about the Core. At the beginning there were some management issues and I feel that it has cleared up a lot! I feel I can contact the management very easily and when there is a maintenance problem, it will usually be fixed that week! I feel that the Core really tries to make things easy for me and is super friendly!

I moved here in August and absolutely adore my apartment. The apartment complex includes everything I was looking for and more (heated garage is really nice right now). The few minor issues I’ve had, have always been quickly resolved. I feel comfortable enough with the management team to go to them with any problems I may have in the future.
I am very proud to call CORE apartments my home.

I LOVE living here!!! It's the perfect location for us, and we love the amenities and people! The place is taken care of much better than some of the other apartments around town. I love how there are small events twice a month, which means neighborly get-togethers, food, drinks, music, and fun :) we haven't had any issues with our neighbors so far other than the occasional dog barking; however, the units seem to be very well soundproofed. The place is beautiful, we consider ourselves lucky to have such a nice apartment :)

I've lived at CORE apartments since the beginning of summer. The landlord worked with me on the price of my studio apartment in order to best accommodate my situation. Melissa and Ashlin are on site throughout the week and hold great office hours where they are always open to help if I ever had issues.
They allowed me to get a pet later in my lease and didnt give me a single issue, if anything, they were supportive of it.
There are washers and dryers as well as dishwashers in each unit which are great instead of coin-operated systems.
If I have any issues, the people at CORE are quick to help
