I have lived here at The Foundry for the last 3 years and I absolutely love it here! I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. The rooms are super nice, all come fully furnished and each unit has its own washer and dryer! The staff is always incredibly friendly and works hard to work with you on any issues you may have. When a maintenance request is put in they almost always have the issue fixed the same day. The staff always greets us with a friendly "hello" or "how are you" every time someone passes. I also love that The Foundry does little events for the residents where they provide snacks for

I'm sharing feedback as the parent of a student that lived at The Foundry for 2 years for anyone considering leasing there...my daughter had an awesome experience as a resident. She appreciated fellow mature residents, the intimate & quiet atmosphere, convenience to campus and security. In the two years she lived there, she never had one complaint and was extremely sad when it came time to move out. Onsite staff was assessable during their frequent business hours and very personable & professional to their residents. She leased a 2 person unit and The Foundry did a great job matching her with good

I recently stopped in at the Foundry to ask some questions, while going through job interviews at Iowa State. When I walked in I was greeted by the most charming and attentive young man. He was able to answer my general questions and you could the staff is enthusiastic about what they do. The building was kept so well clean and I was truly impressed.

Super great place to live. The foundry is always going out of their way to make us feel welcome whether it’s greeting us or the gifts and free food- love how hospitable they are. I’m an international student and I love how close this place is to campus and how much they make me feel at home. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a place in Ames

The Foundry is the best. I love being able to walk to class and when class is too far I am able to take the cyride that stops every few minutes! They have awesome amenities such as the study room, Starbucks coffee machine, and tanning bed. The apartments are modern and clean and maintenance and staff is always helpful and friendly. A perfect first apartment for any college student!!
