I stayed back in 2019 and it was the most disgustingly dirty place I have ever been in my entire life. There was dirt and god knows what on the floor, and few tiny bugs too. The maids there just didn't clean right and no one cared. The people who worked there are completely unprofessional to say the least. One of the patient's toilet did not work and they didn't fix it. One patient sustained an injury from tripping on urine that they did not clean right away. The poor elderly were sharing their diaper rations. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

I have been on the phone approximately 8 times today begging for my son to be given his medication. In addition to mental health and substance abuse he has severe seizures. Would give 0 stars if possible. Not a treatment facility. Staff are not trained or knowledgable, and the "doctors" spend less than 5 minutes with patients and just mark off everything on the sheet to increase the likelihood that the patient can be held so they can bleed them dry for insurance money. Absolutely criminal. Will be filing complaints with the regulatory board.
