Wow! What a great experience from start to finish. Denise and her staff exemplify professionalism. As the seller, I was reliant on them to gather the required closing docs in a timely fashion. Knowing the lender, this wasn't an easy feat. My wife was having surgery and we were in the final stretch with closing scheduled for 10AM which came and went. Her staff stayed late on a holiday weekend to ensure the loan closed and payment checks disbursed before they left for the day. NO STARS!!!! This place is a joke! DO NOT use this company. Not only did this company give us the run around sent us incorrect paper work to sign and sent our to paperwork to the wrong email and lie to us on several occasions but they neglected to send our home owners insurance check which we paid to them to the insurance company causing our INSURANCE on our new home to be CANCELLED! Not only did they make the process even more stressful than it needed to be but they added additional stress! We are still dealing with this problem today after signing on December 24th!
