I am a Realtor and have closed many transactions with Lakeland Title over the past several years. I always find them to be extremely professional and responsive. They are also more reasonable than many other local title companies. Additionally, on more than one occassion they have really went over and beyond to help my clients. Today, Blake helped immensely with a client I had that was disabled and I appreciate him doing more than required. If you're looking for professional results with small town service, this is the title company you need to use.
