Each of our workouts will be constantly changing while emphasizing the body moving in space while using a variety of free weights, resistance bands & TRX bands. There are no cookie-cutter routines or "workouts of the day" as every body and every athlete is unique with their own goals. We all have them, those days where you wake up and say 'today I get back to the gym.' Then the moment passes, the motivation is gone.
I had one of those days three years ago. Then I met Josiah. Fast forward three years and I can't imagine my day to day not including a visit to see Josiah. He is relentless (in a good way!).
