In the summer of 2020, my family spent the summer locally. Despite the shortage of biking gear during that time, we wanted to get our eldest a pedal bike, and wanted to support the local bike shop (and Specialized!). The process was easy, we had good service, and they helped up pack and ship the bike back to the east coast where we normally live. All good.

They are always available for my bike maintenance requests, I don't have to wait weeks like other shops in SJ. Their prices are reasonable and I recently purchased a seat post dropper under Amazon and other well known online retailers. They are very friendly and absolutely a pleasure to do business with. Came in to get a few spare tires and the sales guy was helpful and quick.
Great selection of bikes and accys.
Lots of street parking and easy to find.
Location is prime for Morgan Hill right in front of the brewery which i remembered the area as a sort of refinery or grain processing plant, next to the flea market back in the 70/80s.

This shop had a bike I wanted for my son in stock so I called to inquire. From that point on the service and attention I received from Sahara was beyond good. I rarely purchase bikes from a shop simply because I prefer to build my own but will not hesitate to shop here in the future. I also have had fantastic experiences with Evan from the service department on some other fairly complex bike service needs. All that to say if you need anything bike related you will not be disappointed with Bike Therapy.

The bike shop I have been going to since it opened. Kept my old bike going and was the shop I chose to purchase it's replacement at. I knew what I was looking for, and they didn't have it in stock, but gave me the name of the store that did, which I ended up getting the bike at. They were then, May 2021, with a massive backlog of ordered bikes and were happy to have me get the bike at the other shop. That ended up a nice (but long distance) experience, but I really would have liked to have gotten it here.

These guys are awesome, great service, great attitude and very welcoming. I recently purchased a bike from bike therapy and what I wanted wasn't in a stock. It only took the staff a couple of days to have what I wanted. Avery, One of the sales staff went far and beyond to make sure I was informed about availability and holding it once they had what I needed. She was also very knowledgeable on the product I was buying. She called me and kept me up on status and availability. The employees here are all super friendly. I always get super intimidated going into stores like this, because I don't know a single thing about bicycles or what I want out of a bicycle.
Paul, specifically, was very helpful and informative, and he didn't put any pressure on me to buy anything.
Bike Therapy didn't have the bicycle I want in stock, butttttt hopefully they receive it soon, because I'd love to buy from them and continue to make this my go-to spot.

This is a long overdue review of a truly exceptional bike shop. I am grateful for the outstanding customer service I have received over the years from Doug, Sahara, Evan, Paul, and the entire Bike Therapy team. On the sales side, knowledgeable staff, wide selection, and no pressure. Evan and team in the service department provide expert advice on a timely basis.

Great experience here at Bike Therapy. The staff are super friendly and super knowledgeable. They carry bicycling equipment/apparel for all levels of riders. It's the obvious goto spot for all the local cycling afficionados. If you are in need of sone kind of maintnence be patient as they do get backed up with alot of business due to the quality and passion of work they demonstrate. Rest assured you are in good hands. I’ve been going to Bike Therapy for parts, accessories, and occasional maintenance/repair work for about two years. They’re a great shop that will go out of their way to make sure you are getting the service or products that are right for your needs. They stock a good selection of gear as well as part for DIY maintenance and repair. They are also often done with service faster than quoted. Great shop to have in Morgan Hill!

Where do I start... I can't say enough fantastic things about Bike Therapy. Doug, Sahara, and the entire team are absolutely incredible. They (including Evan AND the service department) went above and beyond to help get my husband on a quality bicycle AND service it when there was a small manufacturing defect. My husband LOVES his sirrus x 2.0 and I am SO grateful for the shop helping him understand what a quality bike can be like - they are amazing ambassadors to the sport, which is why we love the Bike Therapy team so much. Excellent bikes and PHENOMENAL customer service. The customer service here rivals that of Amazon. And if you know how Amazon's customer service is like, oh yeaah.

When I bought a new bike, it had some issues with the gear. I came back the next day and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY! Very quick and no questions asked. (By that, I meant that they weren't interrogating you whether you were abusing the bike or not.)
The bike now works AMAZINGLY and I love this bike shop. I love it!

Sahara helped my family and I with our purchase of 4 brand new bikes. We are a bit, ok really indecisive and didn't know what we wanted. Sahara took the time to answer our countless questions and was extremely patient with us through the entire process. Not once did we feel pressured to buy or rushed. Her in depth knowledge of bikes and accessories was impressive to say the least. It took a bit of time for my family and I to figure out what we wanted but finally

With the COVID thing going on and the gyms closed, I really wanted to get into riding. Having lived in the town for three years, I had taken no advantage of the scenic roads and bike trails all around. Also, I had ordered a new bike with training wheels for my three-year-old, to be picked up at Bike Therapy. It was obvious I could not run after him as he zipped around.
