Services
San Jose Brew Bike was started in 2016 by best buds Rob Farac & Chris Ferren-Cirino who met in High School geometry class and became close friends on the track team. Both have a love of good beer and fitness and what better way to combine those two loves than with a beer bike.
Chris having already started Sac Brew Bike in 2014 with his wife Sarah, teamed up with Rob to bring the unique concept of this giant pedal-powered cycle transporting merry peddlers from bar to bar to the Bay Area. They couldn't wait to introduce this concept to San Jose in an effort to bring something new and exciting to the growing San Jose craft beer and bar scene.

Booking was super simple and easy. Our host Christian was amazing and very accommodating! It was a great experience. The only thing we'd recommend would be having more communication with the bars selected. When we arrived at our first bar it took us 20mins to order drinks and then they didn't give us a discount after we showed the wrist band and asked. We only get 30mins per bar so we basically had to chug our drinks and go. The second bar was no different, having maybe an area for us to go or better coordination with the bars would've made the experience that much better.

Our group of friends had a great time! Our guide, Christian, was friendly and accommodating (even when we ran a little late). I did confirm substituting one of the bars beforehand which didn't happen, so that was kind of a bummer. Also, I think that maybe more than two hours is needed in order to experience the ride and be able to enjoy your drinks. All in all, I would recommend trying it and appreciated having something new to experience in downtown SJ!

Had a wonderful afternoon toodling around downtown San Jose on this pedal-powered trolly! We made 2 stops for drinks (you can choose your preferred bars from a list of I or so places), and had discounts at each. Our guides Chris and Christian were kind and took great care of us. Definitely a worthwhile adventure that I'll take friends on again in the future!

We had an amazing time on the brew bike! In our two-hour tour, we went to Camino Brewing & Original Gravity Public House, each for about 40 minutes. It's 15 people per bike and the bike has an aux cord so you can play your own music. Well worth the price and we're hoping to make it a new annual tradition!

With life slowly returning to normal in the Bay Area, we rounded up a crew of friends for a different way to get around San Jose and BREW BIKE didn't disappoint! We got to play our favorite music on the bike's sound system, while peddling from bar to bar! We loved our stop at O'Flaherty's! Overall Brew Bike is a different way to spend time with your friends, while still supporting small businesses (both brew bike itself and the bars) as things reopen. Highly recommend for a birthday, team building, or JUST BECAUSE we aren't in lockdown anymore :-)

Our office decided to choose this as a team building event. We have done many summer events, baseball games, Great America, and beach days. This was by far the best event we've ever had. It was over 100 degrees yesterday while we were on the bike but that didn't stop us from having a blast. The person I spoke to Rob accommodated our custom time request, and even helped me when I totally messed up the times when my staff- day of he still accommodated us. Rob was easy to get a hold of, easy to book. Great prices! Again such a good time, fun staff and good event for all 18 of us.

We had the best time ever!! We had a group of 30 people with 2 bikes. It was a phenomenal and extremely memorable time!!! Rob, the owner, is fantastic to work with: He is extremely friendly, professional, and super fast to respond to emails or phone calls. He made sure to share all details with me as I planned this for our business clients to celebrate their dedication to our program. Everything went smoothly the day of. Our bike drivers were great! We danced, got some drink deals and had a very unique experience on such a large bike! I highly recommend San Jose Brew Bikes!!! The staff, the experience

Pros:
-Our beer bike guide was absolutely lovely! She was very entertaining, kept us on time, and ensured everyone was having a great time.
-Private Tour: We got to pick our own music
-Regardless of how much we had to pedal, everyone was enjoying themselves. We were all singing along and waving to people who passed us.
-Great way to experience other bars in Downtown SJ
-There are some seats on the bike that don't have pedals so you can take a break if you'd like
-Bottled water is offered at the beginning to make sure everyone stays hydrated
Cons:
-2/3 bars we went

We lived our team building with San Jose Brew Bike! Jonathan was a great guide and ensured we had fun. We made a few stops for food and drinks and enjoyed every minute of it. We all laughed quite a bit as we pedaled down the streets. The bell ringing to tell us to go kept us laughing more. I would do this again and again!

Full disclosure, when I first saw this machine cycling thru the streets of San Jose, I thought it looked kinda silly. Like, I would never do that. However, to my complete surprise, it was SUPER FUN!
My friend bought her boyfriend a tour on this bike. She invited all of our friends (14 total) and we cycled from Habadasher to OG to 55South. Ron - the owner, was so amazing! He was super professional, funny, and a great host. He danced with us as we cycled around town!

How do I even begin to explain the best beer drinking experience ever?! I stumbled upon San Jose Brew Bike while looking up activities to do for my best friend's birthday. We both LOVE beer but wanted to be doing something active at the same time. Lucky for us, San Jose Brew Bike saved the day! We invited some friends and we all extremely enjoyed it! And special shout out to our tour guide Anthony who made the day extra fun with his humor and silly dance moves. I'm definitely going to sign up for San Jose Brew Bike again!

My friends and I had a great time on the Brew Bike. Seems like it would be impossible to not have a great time actually. The bike fits like 10-15 people, and we had a blast pedaling around and making stops at various bars around town. We got to jam out to our own tunes and seemed to be the envy of all the people we passed. Driver was entertaining and courteous, offering us suggestions on what bars to stop into, and some light encouragement to keep pedaling after a few beers would have otherwise slowed us down haha.

Wow, what a night.
15 of us celebrated my friend Minh V.'s 28th birthday with San Jose Brew Bike. My car was running a bit late due to 880 traffic, but our tour guide, Alex, was super chill. Make sure you sign the online waiver prior to arriving to save some time!
You get to pick 3 destinations to hit up. Pedaling was actually a work out, but good thing the stops are close to each other, so you don't have to bike for too long of a time. Our 1st stop was Rookies Sports Lodge and our 2nd stop was Britannia Arms (both very group friendly if you sit in the back patio). Unfortunately, I

Beer without the beer belly. Get in touch with your athletic and brew-loving friends for a trip around downtown San Jose! I recommend this brew tour for those that have not been to most of the partnered pub/bar destinations they offer. This experience will make trying new bar & pub locations much more exciting.
Booked a private charter a month ahead, put down a deposit, and rounded up a group of friends. For any questions, Rob was promptly responsive both via email & telephone. Electronically signed our waivers before brew bike day and boarded at 4pm on a beautiful May day.

I saw the San Jose Brew Bike once on my instagram feed and instantly wanted to try it. Although it's a little bit of a let down that city ordinances don't allow you to drink on the bike, it's still a fun and unique experience for a celebration/party.
I booked an entire bike to celebrate my birthday. That's 15 people including myself. Since I had to book every seat on the bike I had warned my party ahead of time letting them know that if they couldn't make it or had to drop out of the event to let me know asap so I could fill their seat (I highly suggest doing this so you
