It is our goal to maintain a neighborhood that encourages community while protecting and enforcing the individual rights of each homeowner. Together we will continually strive for excellence through volunteer leadership, stewardship of assets and service to residents while providing a safe and secure living environment.

Our community is comprised of 163 individually owned condos and townhomes assisted by a professional property manager and full-time on-site exterior and common area maintenance staff member and a part-time janitorial staff member. We have a community-based, all-volunteer, 5-member Council that oversees the long-term health of our community by serving in an elected membership position of two years.
Council Members are elected by a majority vote of the owners at the annual meeting every September and are asked to serve a two year term. Members are not paid for their service but may be reimbursed for any reasonable but rarely occurring out-of-pocket expenses.

Together they are responsible for the overall general maintenance and upkeep on the community by hiring managers, vendors, and professionals to complete any work needed to protect the common elements and areas.Officers are chosen from among the current members of the Council and include a President, Treasurer, and Secretary and may include a Vice President.

I loved my home, but management is severely lacking. They take forever to get anything done especially if you need outside maintenance. They dont put their residences as top priority.
