My very first apartment on my own and it’s been amazing! The staff are very helpful. Maintenance is VERY quick and treat your home like theirs. They clean up the parking lot every morning. I’ve never seen a trash can over filled & just left there. They do little goodie bags or cupcakes at the leasing office which I find very thoughtful of them , I would definitely recommend!

My family moved in about a month ago and we are somewhat pleased. Maintenance is fast and efficient, the area is close to stores so that’s great, the biggest issue however is the noisy neighbors! The walls are so thin you can hear everything even in the next building. The family above is constantly stomps, kids are running throughout the apartment screaming all times of the day and night. We have already contacted the office twice and nothing has been done. There have now been other residents smoking in the hallways, which is definitely no ideal when you have small children! I love my apartment. Maitenance is GREAT! Anytime I hv problem which is not very often but when I do it is handled QUICKLY and very Efficiently. During the winter sidewalks are cleaned and parking lots are tended to. Office even gives little events for residents frm time to time. Everything I mentioned I agree is what we pay for but not ALL Apartment communities follow this practice. I applaud this property management company and their wonderful Kenilworth at Perring Team.

I was so excited about living here. The rent is a good deal for the area and it's right near a grocery store. There is an overhead light in every room. Maintenance is amazing! They get back to you within days.
However, there is some crime in the area. My roomate got his catalytic converter stolen while parked on the street next to our apartment. On the same street, a car was broken into.
Additionally, our apartment got cockroaches. Pest control was great and came every other week

I recently moved back to MD and I am looking for a apartment to rent. A friend suggested Kenilworth Perring Parkway. I went online and viewed the community it look fairly decent so I booked and online appointment to tour in person. I never received a conformation until the day of late in the day. At that point I couldn’t make it so I set up
Another appointment for August 11th at 5. Still no confirmation. I called a little after 4 woman answered I asked to confirm if my appointment was today for 5 and she immediately responded “no no no we don’t do tours after 430 so I know that’s not right

I have lived here since 2015, and I have enjoyed living here. My favorite part about this apartment community, is the convenient access to restaurants, grocery stores, etc., and the beltway. The management staff has always been kind and helpful, and maintenance has always responded to requests in a timely manner. In the 5 years I've lived here, I've never had a pest issue, let alone have seen any. My main issue with living here has been noise. I can literally hear every step and sound of my neighbor above me. This is probably due to the age of the community, but it is very disturbing, especially

Clean, quiet and convenient apartment complex. I love the area and the neighborhood around my building is a good mix of commercial with grocery stores nearby and residential with privately-owned homes. Whenever I’ve needed maintenance, they have been quick, tidy, super helpful and have gone above and beyond expectations.

I did not rent here due to personal extensions but the staff, apartments and property was amazing. Sarah assisted me with finding the right apartment for me and she gave me everything I needed for a successful move in. I did not feel pressured at any time during the process and she also emailed me after the visit to thank me for stopping in. I definitely recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a nice apartment at a great rate with friendly and efficient staff! I've only been living here a few months but can say I'm very happy with everything. They just installed a new clubhouse/gym/pool/etc. so it seems like a community on the rise! The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because of a few issues we had right when we moved in but they handled everything in a timely manner and we haven't had issues since.
Update: just redid hallways and carpeting as well as new doors. Looks great!

The team at Kenilworth is so friendly and very efficient in their response to any of my concerns. I love it here but only have one thing I do not like. The entry hallways carpet, walls and our apartment doors needs an upgrade. Other than that I love the clean community I live in. Maintenance staff is impeccable with response and getting the job done.
