Very good experiences with this office! I went for a cleaning then made another appointment for a consultation to get my retainer re-fitted and both appointments were very efficient. Dr Hae Lim Ji was so nice and very knowledgeable. I felt like she explained things better than I’ve ever experienced at other dentist offices which I appreciated. I don’t dread going to this dentist!!

I had such a great experience here! I had to redo my crowning here throughout the year and the dentist was very nice and genuine. Dr. Han made my teeth really natural looking and explain throughly the process of it. The office provided great service and I'll definitely be coming back! Totally recommended!!

I love this dental office. I came here for roughly a year after they were giving out business cards by the Rosslyn metro during one of the Rosslyn BID events. I went here for my regular cleanings as well as for some rough fillings that had to be done. I also had a free orthodontic consultation done, where the doctor was efficient and clear at explaining how messed up my teeth were, and what work needed to be done.
The doctors and techs were very professional, friendly, and welcoming. They always stopped to make sure I understood the forms and documents, and I never felt rushed. It was also a plus

I’ve been coming here for only a short time and so far this is the best experience I’ve had at a dentist office. Dr. Han performed 4 very complex extractions and the process was very painless. He educated me on how to promote proper healing and gave me a few things I needed before I left. This office is great! I’m excited for my next visit! The whole staff is pleasant! I can’t wait to have them turn my smile into a million dollar smile!

The staff and doctors here are always so friendly. For every procedure they make sure they walk you through what’s happening as well as the pricing.
These are also the best cleanings I’ve gotten anywhere! The dental hygienist is so gentle yet effective.
My boyfriend and I both go to this office and we’re so happy with them.
In terms of covid they screen all patients with a symptoms screening and then temperature and heart rate monitor. They also do a good job of spreading patients out - during covid I haven’t been in the office with more than 1 other patient.

I was introduced to SmileDesigner by a friend who happened to be a patient there. My experience there was very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made every step crystal clear to me so I never felt confused at any point.
I worked with Dr. Han and he's very professional. I need an implant that's relatively tricky to pull off. He discussed every option with me and i felt like I was being well taken care of. He went out of his way to order a custom implant for me because of the challenging placement and the result is amazing. The whole procedure was quick and smooth.

While the dentist was very nice the two receptionists are anything but nice or professional. It was like good cop bad cop. Went in for a standard cleaning. The dentist said I could get standard cleaning after I talk to the finance people. Once the finance people came in she said right away that I couldn't get a standard cleaning I could only get a deep cleaning that would cost a total $1,850.00 and they knew my insurance would cover a total of $1500.00 per year so my out of pocket would have been $694. This is a total scam and one that I would watch out for do not go to this dentist unless
