Do not recommend. Consistent issues with college students. Property mgmt company refuses to enforce terms of the lease. Repeated noise complaints are not addressed/ignored. I have had to physically show up at the office in order for someone to have a conversation with me. Property mgmt hides between "quiet hours" that aren't addressed in the lease. Neighbors don't find it worth complaining bc complaints go nowhere. Can't wait to leave.
