Selfish residents and Ignorant management:
Selfish residents: There should 2 bell carts in the lobby, but I cannot find them anywhere (I tried to find them yesterday night as well as today). Since I have a lot of stuff to move today, I searched every public space from 15th floor all the way down to the lobby (including loading dock) and still cannot find the carts. The only logical explanation is two families, two selfish families put the carts in their apartments after using them. If you enjoy having selfish neighbors, welcome to Albion Evanston!

Absolutely love it, have been living here for two months now and there isn't a day I don't enjoy the building. So many amenities and the views are amazing. Also, the management is top notch. My careless friend left my apartment door open, and my pet parakeet (Twokey) flew out. The management not only notified me while I was at work but also made sure Twokey was having a blast when I came to get him. He's also now being nominated for cutest pet at The Albion. So all is well, if it ends well :D

I lived here while doing an MBA at Kellogg and it worked out great. Great gym, nice units, nice views if you're eastern facing. The staff was incredibly friendly.
Advice for management:
- Allow the top floor library to stay open longer. Being a large amount of residents are students, it is common that we want to / have to study late at night. Closing at 11pm was annoying, and seemed unnecessary.

I moved into Albion Evanston mid-March 2020. My partner and I originally had 1 parking space ($150 a month), and upgraded to a tandem spot ($250 a month) early this year. We no longer need the tandem spot as we only have 1 car now. I reached out to management to ask if we could have 1 parking spot at the same price we originally had ($150 a month) and was rejected because only those that didn't switch spots are "grandfathered in". The spot is now $175 a month. This is extremely upsetting as 1) my partner and I did not receive any welcome incentive (gifts, $ off, etc) for going to

If you're looking for a place to live in Evanston, then Albion is the definite choice. Not only is the building new (construction completed in 2020), but the staff and property management team are absolutely amazing! I worked with Jason to coordinate my move-in, and he helped me find the best apartment that fitted my needs and was flexible with obstacles that naturally arise when moving. (Who likes moving? It's so stressful!) Now that I'm fully settled in, I can enjoy the rooftop pool (it's heated which is great for colder evenings), the gym (it's got everything you need), and the commons spaces

Wow! Where to even start....if you’re looking for a new apartment in Evanston, Albion is the absolute best. I recently moved in to the stylish and functional one-bedroom of my dreams here. Jason and Alison have made this process super easy, and have have been quick to answer all my questions. The management here is the best I have ever experienced. The apartment itself is truly luxurious, with updated finishes and appliances. I love my new apartment so much, and honestly recommend you check out Albion if your in the market. The location is walking distance away from the beach, so many restaurants

The incredible level of thought and attention to design far surpasses. A wide selection of units—all different with private outdoor space, patios and views. Def not cookie cutter. Loads of beautiful outdoor space, amazing amenities with great attention to detail. Albion Evanston has the makings of a great community within an already amazing community. I had the pleasure of working with Dan Musselwhite to find a studio apartment that met all of my needs as an incoming graduate student at Northwestern. In addition to being extremely professional and friendly, Dan was able to answer any and all questions about the different spaces offered at Albion. I have recently moved to Chicago and in desperate need of a place to live. Due to Coronavirus this has been absolutely crazy, but I am so thankful for Jason doing a virtual tour with me online to show me the property and apartment styles. He made this so easy to do from home. Also, Allison who I chatted with on the phone was very helpful and professional. I am without doubt you are great manager for the face of Albion.
