Was told by the leasing office when I moved in a little over a month ago that we were allowed four vehicles per unit.. within the first month of moving in they started using some dumb parking pass company that says you can only have two vehicles. and the parking pass company wont accept my motorcycle into their system because its not insured (not required in the state of Florida) I asked a lady in the office what I should do about it and I never got a response back. I also put in a work order for maintenance the day I moved in and the issue was never resolved, not really sure what happened there

This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in and if I could give it 0 stars I would. They were completely unyielding and unreasonable during the pandemic which is why they only have 20 residents left. My roommate received the move out paperwork 30 days late and then they reprimanded her for it being turned in late. After filling out the paperwork several times they came after us a month later and demanded money saying that the employee that helped us before had been fired and they don’t know what she did with our paperwork. This has been the worst experience and the worst complex

Patrick was the agent in the office that welcomed us and guided us through this entire process. He was very attentive and friendly in showing us and giving us advice on our new home. My family and I are incredibly grateful to have worked with him and live in this beautiful community. I recommend this to people with families and for incredible service Patrick is the way to go!!

3 stars because the facilities/apartments themselves are very nice and because the maintenance team was attentive and friendly (when they were given the message that something needed to be fixed).
We lived at this complex for two years. The only reason why we stayed the second year was because it was inconvenient to move. We had issues with the management team before we even moved in. They changed the move in date on us twice with little notice. They said it was because of issues with the previous tenant. Because of that, I asked to see the apartment before signing the lease because I was worried

I have been living here since day one. I love my apartment! There are few hiccups here and there but nothing that my front office and maintenance team can not handles or fix. There is one person in particular that is just plain amazing and deserves a huge shoutout. Keila! She actually took me on a tour, helped me with the leasing process and showed me my apartment years ago. This girl gets stuff done! She is there when I need help with anything regarding my place or if I need an update. She gives honest answers and encourages me to get involved with the Community. 2020 has been an interesting year

The property is like brand new. Great location, close to Disney and tourists areas. The staff at the Oaks are more than willing to help you with any needs. I moved in with friends and I didn't really know my way around the area the staff was generious enough to help me with any questions about the area. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good first apartment. I encourage you to sign with the Oaks, stop by and talk with Lisette and Marlene and help you with any needs.

The property is beautiful and the apartment we toured was gorgeous! These apartments are only a couple years old so everything is practically new. Keila and Josh have been absolutely amazing! I honestly don't understand some of the negative reviews people have left regarding them (Some people you just can't please). They have both exceeded our expectations so many times. They really are the nicest and most helpful people we've had the pleasure of dealing with over our entire apartment search. Everything so far has gone extremely smooth and we're so excited to move in soon!

The Oaks is great! I’ve worked with Josh Deleon and he is amazing. From the very beginning, had some technical difficulties with loading the application and he was very patient and helpful. Always answers any questions I have and wants to make sure your happy with your new home. Also maintenance is quick to answer any issues you have. This place is kept beautifully. I enjoy living here.

The staff is very attentive. We moved into a brand new apartment and have been very pleased with our time here and will be renewing another year. The location is also perfect. The complex is close to everything we need and a short drive from work. The amenities in the apartment are very nice, and we love the hardwood floors. We look forward to another year in our two bedroom/ two bathroom apartment at The Oaks at Southlake Commons.
