I been a resident at Davidson for about 7 years and I love living here. The new maintenance staff is very attentive and professional. Sonia came to replace my vertical blind and was very quick and great personality. The office staff are very nice and helpful as well. Will recommend to friends and family.

I’m a vendor at Davidson apts, I have the utmost respect for the team Valerie, Valorie, Orlando, Sonya, I thank you guys so much for all the help and support. I appreciate all you do to make the jobs of the vendors a lot easier. I never have to wait for anything once on site and if I need anything while on site it’s there for me on demand. The second hand smoke from other apartments is pretty bad. I can never get the smoke smell out of my apartment no matter what I spray. The walls are very thin and you can hear a lot. They are usually good with maintenance issues, as far as the time it takes to complete them. The actual apartments are decent and they try to make updates here and there. The buildings are older but still in decent condition. The complex is pretty quiet with the occasional loud music here and there or a few loud neighbors but not many.
