Me and my family have lived here for nearly a year with little to no complaints. The rooms are nice (bathrooms are very spacious) and amenities do us well. But we live in a two bedroom apartment and our rent for the coming year was raised by $250... Not just us, but other residents as well... To my knowledge, none of us have caused any harm or tension with the wonderful staff that work with us or have had any damage to our apartment to cause the rent to go up by that much. I understand the rent increasing year by year by a few bucks, but an extra $250 out of the blue for what seems like the same

I only give it a 4 star because the spaciousness of the apartments , the area is beautiful. The only thing that bothers me is I’ve been a resident over a month now and I’ve yet to have any members of maintenance come and fix the items I’ve complained about when I first moved in ( the first day) . When I moved in, there was a burn from a cigarette I’m assuming on my bedroom blinds which hasn’t been fixed or taken care of. The toilet sets are yellow which should’ve been changed before I moved in. The bathroom towel racks have been falling down since I’ve moved in they will not stay

This place is poorly managed and denies the residents simple tenant rights to things such as clean and sanitary common areas, a place to throw out their trash, deposit refunds, and air conditioning. The dumpster is constantly overflowing, the pool is DISGUSTING. They even sent an email bribing their tenants with entrance into a rally for a years worth of rent in exchange for a five star review. Notice the dates on the recent good reviews. Beware. Not worth the cost of rent.

This place was recommended at a restaurant and I decided to drive by and have a look since I was from out of state. I got to the office at 2pm and it was closed with a notice to return at 2pm. Office was opened 2:10pm and attendant who opened the door didn’t acknowledge the lateness or greet or introduce herself. She asked if I had an appointment which I didn’t and she asked me to go make an appointment online first. She didn’t take the curtesy to even tell me about the place or answer any questions. Am really disappointed I don’t think I will come back. ZERO ⭐️ s for customer service

I've lived here since they 1st opened and it's been a great experience. It's great for roommates. The floor plan in the 3 bedroom is gorgeous. People are always impressed with amount of room we have. If you work from home like we do, there is definitely enough space and privacy for it. The pool is always clean and the gym is top notch. Even though my roommate and I are going our separate ways, I plan to downsize and get secure another apartment here!
