I do not recommend this place to anyone as they are dishonest. They showed me an apartment and I was told that the apartment I was viewing would look exactly like the one i am seeing remodeled. I wanted to see my apartment before moving in, but I was not allowed.
Upon moving in, my apartment was not move in ready with very dirty appliances, no screen for one of the bedroom windows and the vanity and cabinets were in poor shape. The bottom of the cabinet was soon painted over wood shavings and dust.

They are focusing you to get cable witch is against the law, you people need to get real and read the law.
Cable is not a need like power, water,gas.
The 1st one that gets kicked out for not having cable should take it to court. I hope the 1st one kicked out gets up with me, I know the law cause I'm a lawyer.

I’ve been looking for a new place to call home as I’m relocating to Raleigh. Even though this place isn’t super close to my job, I really enjoyed the tour. The ladies were very helpful, answered all of my questions and didn’t get annoyed with me. I think this will be the perfect place for me. It’s peaceful, the pool is so pretty! BEST experience yet, and I’ve been looking for a while. I felt so welcomed! Talk about southern hospitality!

Thought I would give this place a try until receiving a slick comment from the manager in reference to being on my phone in their waiting area, while waiting on her to get paperwork. I wasnt even talking on my phone but checking a text from my job. On top of viewing a musty, moldy smelling model and a passive agressive staff. I knew this was someplace that I didnt want to reside.
