This has been the worst apartment experience. The parking lot is constantly covered in trash, they never had doggie bags in the designated dog bag areas, the dog trash cans were filled with the same trash my entire 9 month stay at the complex. No one cleans the dog feces that is literally everywhere. The front office is not communicative. I received 1 notice about a move out date, that was already mutually agreed upon, and am now being forced to pay for an apartment I haven't lived in for a month, and that I left in the exact condition as the day I moved in. This is a "gated" community

I wouldn't live here for free let alone pay the high rent it cost to stay here. Management is terrible. Breeze ways has so much trash in it it has caused a fruit fly problem in my apartment. My family literally swat flys day in day out. Had a mold issues that took days for them to come fix smh. My lease is up in 14 days and I couldn't be happier

Everything in this community would be worth it if the management and maintenance office had more quality people there. You can tell there's a lack of ownership in the office. My apartment wasn't ready when I moved in, keys to the home didn't work, my apartment carpet was wet, I paid for a key fob I finally found out they couldn't issue me because the system was down, my AC has been broken for a month now. Turned in a move in conditions sheet that hasn't been addressed.

I was forced to give them one star just to post this but they don't even deserve that. I submitted an app for this place back on 11/30/2020. I ended up not getting the apartment and have been getting the run around about getting my holding fee back ever since. They give wrong information or just don't bother responding at all. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they didn't respond to that either. BBB referred me to a realty organization to file a complaint but at this point they probably won't respond to that either. I have never experienced a company and

Applied for an apartment and had to pay three application fees plus a 300.00 holding fee. management told me they did not process my application due to new staffing issues, and advised me my bf and I needed to find another place to live and they were going to refund my 300.00 holding fee for the apartment. New management took over and they refuse to refund my 300.00. Arwin Vista is not LGBT friendly and I am currently trying to resolve the issue and they will not refund my 300.00 holding fee. Management and staff keep pushing me around, and sad part is I use to be a resident there 5 years ago

Renters beware! Don't be fooled by the appearance of this apartment complex or the front office facade .I am a new teanet Promise where made before after my lease was signed in May (19) nothing has been honored.
Property management (Daniel) is very unprofessional and incompetent .
Originally I was told the gym, pool, hot-tub shutdown and gate was being worked all temporarily while maintenance was-sprucing up due to fears of CEO pending visit. Nope some still broke and others closed due to stragglers coming on to property.
Due to relocating from out of state . I verified details with Daniel

On my move in day, I had no toilet seat. This was a one bedroom one bathroom apartment which means there's no other bathroom for me to use but this one. I went to the office and was told maintenance would bring one that same day. I then proceeded to follow up several times that same week about my missing toilet seat. After two and a half weeks of living there, I finally ran into a maintanance person and asked him personally to please install a seat in my bathroom. That week

Terrible management they tell you one thing and never follow through. We have gone weeks without a working ac and the refuse to fix it over the summer as well as many other Maintenance requests! Amenities are closed half the year and the other half they are closed for maintenance repairs. Not to mention that they misplace rent checks every other month, so you get eviction notices every other month. Also they don't honor any offers for signing a lease as well as they show you one apartment and make you sign for another. And management if you call they will hang up on you the second you call

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I just moved into Arwen Vista May 2017 and I have been having nothing but issues. First I noticed the AC wasn't cooling properly so I put in a maintence request a week later maintence still hadn't came to check it out. I had to go to the office several times and make several calls to ensure that maintence would come fix this issue. The offie staff is slack and doesn't respond to the tenents emails they make excuses about being short staffed constantly. I just moved into Arwen last week. The leasing office guy said we would have overhead lights and fans, but we do not have them in our unit. They did not offer to provide them either and I feel like that is false advertising. The street noise is also UNBEARABLE. The location is awful, and everyone at the front office is ineffiencent and rude. I 10/10 do not recommend living here

Apartments are beautiful, amenities are amazing, pool is always crowded with college students(good and bad), maintenance is ok (they switch ppl often), Parking is terrible.. be prepared to walk a long way to your apartment if you come home after 7pm.
The Front Office staff -_____- terrible communication. If thats important to you DONT MOVE HERE. Again contacting the front office is a hassle, for anything, and contacting corporate is a even worse experience.
Overall the year I lived on the property wasn't terrible but could have been better.

Currently we still reside in our handicap apartment , to fix this issue Arwen Vista gave us the option of either replacing our stove with a flat top that has knobs my 2 year old cannot reach or transfer to another apartment. However, my daughter reaching the stove knobs was not my only issue, the other was just simply being in this apartment. The unit we were promised by Mika was a Bardia floor plan at $997 , that we drove 5 hours from VA to see, but a month later she switched us to this apartment at $967 a month and "exact same floor plan" , but a floor level lower. Worst apartments ever!!! They get one star for the apartment itself but other than that the neighborhood is dirty, dog owners don't clean up after pets, the office is by far the WORST! They say open till 6 but guess what, these ladies leave at 5. They're the worst when it comes to helping out people and don't seem to be that smart. They've misplaced three packages I've received and when I ask for them they give me a stupid look. Stay away from here unless you want to deal with dumb office girls who can't do their jobs!!
