I called several times for assistance with my application and though I’m still in the application process, Alexandria was extremely patient with me, very thorough, and made everything easy to understand. I had no issue reaching her in the office and she’s made this a very pleasant experience so far. Looking forward to potentially signing a lease at Longview!

Nice property and staff. But don't apply here unless you and your roommates EACH make 3X the rent. They can't combine your income unless you're married. It isn't worded clearly on the documents. It wasn't made clear to me until after I applied, and they won't refund the fee.

I absolutely love the complex! Office people are super nice the living area is so calm. Neighbors are a little loud, but nothing too bad. Overall would recommend living here

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I moved in and the first day got a noise complaint! 20 days later I got a notice to vacate! I have two small children and the noise was obviously in regards to them. I’m assuming I have to reatrain them to live here! They told me I wasn’t allowed to have my Emotional Support Animal! Yet allowed me when I moved in then proceeded to tell me it wasn’t the correct documents I obtained and paid for the correct certificates and I came home to an eviction notice for violating the lease due to my DOG! After speaking to Sam (the manager) she stated she didn’t care and

I honestly cannot even justify giving this place a single star but I am forced to in order to give this review. I moved here and honestly was pleased with my apartment when I first moved here but ever since they got new office staff this place is an absolute complete joke! Not to mention the office cannot answer a single phone call so don’t even try calling the office. My rent continues to go up and my services are decreasing tell me how that makes sense. I know this is one of the cheaper places in concord but I highly suggest going someplace else who will answer your questions and provide you

Was told we had water bugs if you google it no such thing only cockroaches which i complained to management. Also management mishandled a few other issues im not going to get into. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Acran Capital along with the manager at this complex isn't professional whatsoever.

The ladies in the office do their best, but get no support from the management office in Atlanta. The pool is now closed for the second time this summer. This is the 12th day! Also did not open on time. Opened the week after Memorial Day. We are in the midst of a heat wave! Completely unacceptable.
