Bridgetown does a great job, extremely quickly. we left the car there on Thursday. Had a diagnostic report and estimate by noon on friday. All work was completed by friday at 5. The estimate was reasonable and we have no complaints.

I went in to get my Subaru Outback an oil change, some tune up maintenance, and to find out why my engine was making a whirring sound. They did a full diagnostic check, found out some other problems, and fixed up everything at a very reasonable price! They then suggested if I needed further work on my engine to go to Subaru to use my warranty, instead of paying them for any engine repairs. I didn’t have to go to Subaru though because once they were done with it, my car drove like a dream and the sound was gone. They also did a follow up text the next business day to make sure everything was running

We've been customers of Bridgetown for many years. When they moved locations from Sellwood to Jennings, we tried other mechanics closer to our home. But nothing beats the customer service at Bridgetown. They are worth the extra drive. They don't just take care of your vehicles, they take care of their customers.
Our most recent visit was exceptional. During a routine maintenance visit, they discovered a mold problem in our car. Instead of charging us for the extra work, they took care of the problem for free. They were more concerned about our health than making extra money

They said my car had a crack block no pressure on three cylinder wasn't worth putting money into it took it home change the battery and put new cable ends on massive air flow and 6 spark plug changed the oil it started up and is running they said no juice to read the system but charge me 161.00 for what wish ID never taken there beware of what they say 2 star is what I give them

AMAZING, OUTSTANDING and WONDERFUL. I had my car picked up and dropped of today for an oils change. I could not believe they have this service. (Who does that?) Anyhow, I was helped by Michael. He was seriously the most polite, kind and helpful person I've dealt with in a customer service capacity in a long time. In an age where human decency and good customer service seem to be lacking it was like a breath of fresh air. I will 100% go out of my way to come back for all of my car needs.

Bridgetown is the BEST Automotive Repair place I have ever been to in 40 years of driving!!! No hassles. They even come to my home and pick up my car and deliver it back at no extra charge! REALLY!! Mike the service manager was super when I went in recently. I think one of the best things about Bridgetown is that they are locally owned and the owners are there on-site so you know it's a solid business with great oversite, which is pretty uncommon in the industry.
I'm not a car person, so I feel trust is ultimately important in working with a mechanic. They do a great job of explaining their process and listening to the needs of the customer. If you have an issue with your car or truck, they are the place to go.

Phenomenal Mechanics and Service! A friend recommended them and now I will always take my new Kia Sorento SUV to them. I took A chance and went to somewhere I have never been. This was just recommended by yelp. I needed some fast attention to my car. Not only did they only charge me $30 they gave me free a ride home and delivery of my car to me when it was ready, at no extra charge.
The customer care at the counter was nice and they are family owned.
I've already recommended them to two people. I got an email stating what was good on my car and what needs to be done, at my convenience. They didn't try to sell me anything.

Listen, I have had some horrific experiences with repair shops. Like scaringly bad. Not this place. I will NEVER take my car ANYWHERE else. Ever. If I wrack my brain, I can find not one complaint about Bridgetown Auto. I have been coming here for 7 or 8 years now, the level customer service and quality of work is beyond consistent.

A few months ago, my check engine light came on. I went to Bridgetown because it was the closest shop to me, and little did I know that it would be the world's biggest disappointment. First of all, they charged me over $100 just to LOOK at my car and tell me what was wrong with it. Not to mention that they kept my car at their shop for almost 7 hours, and told me it would be finished and ready to pick up within 2 hours. Last week my husband called and made an appointment for today. He reminded them of the 4th of July weekend and was told no problem, we could bring the car in at 8am.

I initially went into Bridgetown Automotive three months ago. I purchased their oil change special and they did a great job. I went back yesterday to have an oil change and also have them inspect my rotors because my steering wheel was shaking each time I applied the brakes at speeds above 40-50 mph. I made an appointment online, dropped the car off, and got a call about 90 minutes later that it was good to go.
When I went in, they handed me a printout, told me where my car was, and thanked me. Which was odd. Because there was no mention of my rotors--the thing I had asked them to inspect in writing

I visited Bridgetown for an oil change, in spite of all the negative reviews I found here. Honest and WONDERFUL service, efficient, helpful.
In addition to the oil change I had mentioned that my trunk was broken and they should ignore the dashboard light. They asked if they could check into it and when I came back to pick up my car they had fixed it free of charge and even gave me an estimate on things my aging car really needs help with. Honestly pleasant and friendly people.
