Let me feel that the person I could trust for the Brake replacement of my car. I had a mind boggling tire cupping like sound from my 97 Mercedes E320.

Omg run! Worst auto repair business ever!!!!
I bought 2 cars from him for my sons. He gave me a warranty on them. The minute I drove them out of his auto repair parking lot both cars check engine lights went on! He told me the one car had never been in an accident. Yet never told me it was salvaged! ! I had been back for his so called warranty repairs 22 times on those cars. He cleared check engine light. And said he made repairs that he didn’t do! Even got into an accident in my car and didn’t tell me when I picked up my car. I had my cars checked out by another repair shop and Ct Auto Charlie

I give him 1 stars he sold me a car from his repair shop with a warranty I had problems with it as soon as I drove it home it was towed to his job 3 times and 5 times for repairs that he didn’t do this is supposed to be my first car and he didn’t care it’s been sitting in my driveway because he never fixed it don’t buy or take your car here or else u get ripped off since I got my car I’ve never been able to drive it

I had a very bad experience.Went for an oil change and enquiried about a small engine noise.Charlie the owner told $200 but finally charged me $750 for a harmonic balance change. Expensive than a dealer. But the noise was louder after replacing new Harmonic balancer.when asked why he didn't diagnose the actual problem, He turned rude asking to take the car and he cannot fix . But the bill he provided had crank shaft mentioned , so that's not legitimate . Don't go to this shop ,rude owner and inexperienced mechanic.Will caused more damage to your car.

Brought in a 2008 Audi A4 to fix an oil leak. The leak was correctly diagnosed and fixed and the price was reasonable, but the water pump was put back incorrectly, causing a severe coolant leak, which in turn rendered the car inoperable. Fortunately I was able to refill the coolant and have the leak fixed at a different place when doing other unrelated repairs.
