When we are unable to be active because of pain our lives become consumed by the consequences: We despair, which makes us even less likely to do activity, and the inactivity can then make our pain worse.

Dr Frey and his staff are the most thorough and compassionate people….. To have consistent pain drains one of their life force at times. It is a very dark place to be. These people understand that and do their level best to help. I would recommend them to anyone…. especially those who want to remain active…. I’m very grateful.

Well love Dr. Frey, he is a very good and understanding Dr but his staff (Jackie) needs to learn her manners and learn to talk to people the right way! She can make you feel really dumb! She basically needs to learn people skills! I have been seeing this Dr and his assistance for years but this girl makes you not wanna go! So sad!

This place needs to get their billing together. I paid my account twice by accident (June and August 2017) and was credited for the over payment. Then find out I've been referred to a collection agency in Oct 2017. When I called Dr Frey's office I'm told they have no record of it but to call their billing company to confirm which I did. After a review of my credit report yesterday I find that I have a collections account from AWA Collections for the $275.00. I called today and was told it's Dr. Frey. Seriously?? I'm now being told to call their billing company, Larsen Billing and am sent to voicemail

I have Platinum Blue Cross, the best plan you can purchase on the market and the process this office has put me thru to have an epidural procedure
is simply the worst medical episode I have ever experienced in my life. It has been 10 days processing paperwork and i was told today it would be another week to get in to see the Doctor for a consultation. If your in pain, I would consider another resource.

From Frey and his staff are amazing! I
It is unusual for me to wait more than 10 minutes before being called to be seen. And less than 10 minutes before Dr Frey or Laurel Coppage see me.
His medical staff are polite, caring and efficient.
This doctor and his staff truly care and have a heart for their patients.

Don't even bother calling this doctors office. His staff is the WORST ever. His front office answering girl, Kimberly, is the rudest, most unprofessional office worker I've ever encountered and I worked at a hospital for 5 yrs. She couldn't get simple records. We sent her pages and pages of medical documentation about previous treatment in Oregon and she refused to help us get an appt for my husband. CLAIMING that five pages of medical professionals history wasn't enough to make an appt with Dr. Frey for a simple consultation. We have the best insurance you can get. No risk. Fully covered. She

I made a big mistake leaving this Dr. He did everything I ask. Unfortunately a med I asked to be put on, gave me a horrible side effect. It made me very short fused, couple that with PTSD. Well I f'ed up. This guy does know what he's doing. That's why he has a thriving practice.
Highly recommended. As Cher sang " if I could turn back time".

My husband got addicted to Oxicodone (opium medicine) thanks to Dr. Fry and his assistant Coppage. When I called the office on July 10 2017, after I figured out that my husband finished the Oxicodone in 10 days, they answered that they couldn't talk to me or give me any information because my name wasn't in the list for my husband medical record. I told them that at least they should call or see my husband. They didn't do anything. I had to send my husband to a rehabilitation center. If you want to take the legal drugs prescribed by Dr. Fry and his staff go for it. He is amazing to convence the
