I moved in these apartments in march and I cant WAIT for my lease to be up, the front office was really helpful during move in but after i got my keys NOTHING! Theres not enough parking for the residents, if your lucky enough to have two cars dont move here they take pleasure in towing your cars, and have a "oh well" attitude about it. The office manager is REALLY RUDE, i once asked for Cooprate number to report her attitude and her she laughed and responded "their not going to do anything". Lived here for 3 months. Moved out last month and just received a bill saying the entire carpet and paint needed to be replaced. I lived there for 3 MONTHS. When I asked the reasoning I was told that there was burn marks and bleach stains all over. There was never once an open flame while I lived there, and I don’t use bleach for anything.
Doesn’t matter how clean you are, good luck getting your deposit back.
Bonus: the amount of car break-ins is ridiculous.
Would not recommend.

Overpriced garbage apartments with the most incompetent front office. A few months before shelter in place went into effect, our dishwasher and microwave broke and needed replacement. Maintenance people came a couple times and said it would be replaced within that week. Never happened. We went the last few months of our lease ( during quarantine) without a working microwave or dishwasher because these work orders were not considered "urgent" despite it being a few months since I let them know.

I've lived here since January and every encounter i've had with the staff is very unprofessional. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Since living here our cars have been broken into 3x. The gate is always open. The supposedly have security but he just sits there on his phone. I asked the front desk for security footage and they said they could not give us any only to police officials after filing a police report. There is no parking after 3pm. Just because this place has two gates doesn't qualify it as a gated community. Both gates actually have to be closed at night to provide any semblance of the complex being safe and secure. Only one gate is closed (sometimes) at night. The other is ALWAYS open. So, what's the point of having gates if a non-resident can enter through the ALWAYS open gate at any time of the day or night? It's like locking your doors at night to prevent being robbed but deliberately leaving your windows wide open.

We were sold on the deposit of $700 and seduced with the outside appearance, huge pool, gym and other amenities. We also selected a brand new first floor Apartment that was newly built

This is the worse Apartment Complex to live in. First and foremost, the staff is horrible! You can't get any answers or help. It will take months for you to even get the maintenance. It took 5 months for these people to get the ac and heater fixed and a whole month to get the water heater to work. They force you to sign up for MCE which is an extra waste of money on electricity. On top of that, there's been several break ins with vehicles and apartments when this is supposed to be a gated complex! The amount of money that we pay for this place is not worth it. They price it high for the purpose

Lilia Nath and Jenna Mitchell from San Marco Villas are very responsive and considerate. They make sure apartment experience is the best compared to other leading apartment complexes. You cannot go wrong with this place. The community looks really safe and the expectations have not been belied. The facility is clean and quiet.

If I could rate this place with no stars, I would. I have been living here for 2 years now, our lease is ending at the end of this month and I couldn't be happier to get out of this place. We moved in 2 years ago into a one bedroom and the rent was approx $1700. Now as we are moving out 2 years later, our rent is almost $2100. That's for a ONE BEDROOM. IN BAY POINT. I genuinely loved living here. My husband and I looked many places, and for the prices and amenities, it just can't be beat! The units are HUGE! They have pools, hot tubs, a gym, a mini movie theater, complimentary coffee, free WiFi in the lobby. It feels like a vacation every single day. I would have stayed if they were selling their units! My husband and I were able to buy a home though, so it was time to go.

This place is awesome! The gym is HUGE! I don't even need a gym membership anymore. My apartment is really spacious and I love all the amenities that come with it. The girls in the office are really awesome and helped me throughout the entire move-in process. I was a little hesitant because of previous reviews, but it was the best decision I made. Me and my dog love living here!

Being from New York I am not used to the best customer service. As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted with beautiful smiles. Everyone is so friendly and helpful in the office, they made my move fast and easy even all the way from New York! So grateful for this awesome place and staff!!!!!!

We moved into the new portion at the end of 2016 and have had nothing but problems.
At first glance they appear to be very nice and of course the lure of no-one living in the apartment prior to me was the decision maker.
However upon moving in I have experienced more problems than all the other places I have ever lived in and in less than 3 months.
Moving in and putting things away made me aware that I made a mistake. The apartment was filthy with construction dirt, spiders and weird bugs I have never seen before in the cabinets. This caused me to have to put everything in plastic containers

Instead of telling you not to move here, I will share my experience here and you can decide whether you would want to live in a place like this.
I've lived here for 4 months now, my apartment is facing the water right on the hill. So about a month ago we started suspecting there was a mouse in my apartment, we called, they placed a trap, caught the mouse and thought all was good. As a precaution we had them place another trap. Days later there are remnants of mouse feces around the trap, but no mouse. We also pointed out a couple holes that we believe the mouse was getting in and out of,
